Spring MVC Module can't reach dependencies in IntelliJ - maven

I've got a multi-module maven project, and one of the module is a spring mvc project. Intellij is telling me that it can't find the dependencies... The dependencies are other modules in the same project, and I'm getting this error:
cannot access blah.de.blah
Interestingly, maven successfully builds the module, so I'm not sure why intellij has a problem. I've tried compiling the project from Intellij.

...I've not clue why but this is what happened:
Intellij had created a directory named 'a.b.c' instead of nesting the packages. I fixed that, re-marked the source directories as sources/tests etc, and the problem went away.

IntelliJ - Resolve Maven dependency from a source project

I have two Maven Modules loaded in the same IntelliJ project. One module has a dependency on the other one. If I change the version of it, then my second module can't resolve the dependency anymore, except I explicitly run a mvn install first.
Can IntelliJ not resolve Maven dependencies from source modules when modules are loaded within the same project?
Sorry, I'm stupid, with correctly group and artifact ids .... works much better !

Intellij MavenWrapperDownloader.java: Can not resolve symbol error

Setup:
Intellij IDEA community edition 2020.2
Spring Bott starter parent: 2.3.5
Java 11
WRAPPER_VERSION: 0.5.6
mvn 2
Hi,
I googled a lot e.g. here but I just can't fix it.
I created a new mvn spring project with Intellij. When I commit the project I get errors detected by code analyses in class: MavenWrapperDownloader.java.
e.g. It reports:
Cannot resolve symbol String
I tried:
invalidate caches and restart
delete .idea folder and reimport
checked sdk setup
mvn reimport
mvn clean and then rebuild (while the build is always successful)
I'm pretty new to maven. I guess the scope of the mvn package might be wrong because the build process works as expected.
UPDATE:
I reinstallt my openjdk11. No success. Then I found out that my .mvn/wrapper dir is not set as source root. I know that was never the case in my other projects. As a trial I've set my .mvn folder as source root and now the MavenWrapperDownloader.java file is recognized as a java class and the compiler interprets the symbols. But now there is another error. It says I have to define a package name for that class because the class does not have one per default. It is pretty strange to me. I also tried to use another spring boot starter version but nothing changed
When I execute Analyze->inspect code I get the following:
I had the same problem and File -> Invalidate Caches/Restart fixed it - at least for now.
IntelliJ Ultimate 2020.3
Spring Boot Starter Parent 2.4.2
Java 15
Maven 4.0.0
Maven Wrapper 0.5.6
The easiest solution is to generate your project again with Spring Starter.
After you set up everything you need at pom file -> Generate -> Download it.
Open with your IDE and copy-paste all code sources which you have already written.

Gradle project dependency not working

Can some one please help me in below:
I am using RTC and checkout Gradle project, but at the end when I am checking the properties and looking for source folder for my build, I am getting nothing.
Also I am not send the repository specific Gradle jars. What i am doing wrong?
I tried including external jars but no luck as their are too many jars.
Error: project is not at all building.
right click on your project then configure and convert it to gradle project.
Refresh and you will see all dependencies.

Intellij: How to add module compile output to web-inf/classes in stead of web-inf/lib?

I'm using maven to set up a war project in IntelliJ and run in it GlassFish. The war project depends on several other modules. When I run the project in debug mode, hot deploying codechanges of the changes results in NoClassDefFound exceptions. I found out that IntelliJ tries to redeploy the module jar but GlassFish keeps a lock on it so it fails. All the classes in that module are now unavailable, causing these NoClassDefFound exceptions.
IntelliJ generates the artifacts this way: the dependent modules are all added as jar dependencies as if they were external dependencies:
Now, when I remove the jar dependencies, IntelliJ tells me it found some missing dependencies and proposes a fix to add the missing dependencies.
Fixing those dependencies will add the module compile output to the WEB-INF\classes folder.
Once deployed, IntelliJ has no problem anymore hot-deploying changed classes to GlassFish since there's no jar to keep a lock on.
Problem
Every time I make a change to any pom.xml, IntelliJ refreshes the artifacts automatically, which is fine: I definitely want to see those changes appear in the artifact. However, all modules are added as jar dependencies again.
Question
How can I make sure that IntelliJ adds the compile output of project modules to WEB-INF\classes and not to WEB-INF\lib?
I found this question but it has two problems:
There are many module dependencies so if possible I'd like to avoid specifying them all one by one in the unpack goal
IntelliJ seems to ignore this. When I add that configuration and while it works perfectly in a maven commandline build, IntelliJ still refuses to add the module compile output to the WEB-INF\classes dir
I found a bugreport that asks about the same thing but for me it's hard to believe there's no way to solve this problem. Other webapp developers using IntelliJ must have this same issue, making it difficult to hot-deploy code changes, unless I did something wrong in my pom configuration.

MyEclipse 8.5 creating 'maven-archetype-quickstart' has encountered a prob?

I use the built-in maven of MyEclipse 8.5 to create maven projects.
It shows the following error:
Image is here:pic
Sorry, because I'm new I can't post pictures here yet.
I did it twice on two computers (both are MyEclipse 8.5), but the error was the same.
I use a Eclipse to do the same job and it is successful.
But when using MyEclipse 8.5 to do the job if check "create a simple project (skip archetype selection)" during the process, the project can be created and no error happens, but there is no the folder "Maven Dependencies" in the project created in Package Explorer.
Is this a bug of this version of MyEclipse? Because Eclipse Indigo works fine on this.
If you create a simple project, the folder Maven Dependencies is missing simply because there are no Maven Dependencies in a simple project. Just add a dependency, and the folder Maven Dependencies should be created with your dependency in it.
