Laravel 5.2 - not show errors - validation

Question

It's impossible to show errors in views
here is my Controller:

this is my view create.blade.php:

You can try something like this.
$data = array();
$messages=array(
'required' => "You can't leave this empty",
);
$datavalidate = array(
'name' => $request->name,
);
$rules = array(
'name' => 'required',
);
$validator = Validator::make($datavalidate,$rules,$messages);
if($validator->fails()){
return Redirect::back()->withErrors($validator);
}
And now print it on the view file.
{!! dd($errors) !!}
