I am trying to install Resharper 10.0.2 with VS 2013, I have completed the setup but still unable to see any menu item related to Resharper also found nothing in tools > options. I am running Windows 7.
I wants to rename my files and master pages in my running project with all references. I have read that resharper will do it properly, is there any other way or help me installing Resharper.

I think I was using visual studio 2017 and wrote a SSIS package. Now I installed visual studio 2019 and can't open the solution file. Error:
Unsupported This version of Visual Studio is unable to open the
following projects. The project types may not be installed or this
version of Visual Studio may not support them. For more information
on enabling these project types or otherwise migrating your assets,
please see the details in the "Migration Report" displayed after
clicking OK.

non-functional changes to the following projects in order to enable
them to open in Visual Studio 2015, Visual Studio 2013, Visual Studio
2012, and Visual Studio 2010 SP1. Project behavior will not be
impacted.
- ABC_SSIS, "C:\Users\XYZ\ABC_SSIS.sln"
I tried "Right-click on the project and reload" - didn't work.
I tried to confirm SSDT is installed:
it is installed at the installation interface, but doesn't exist in extension manager:
SSIS is a seperate extension now in Visual Studio 2019. You can install that extension in Visual Studio market place. Choose Online tab and search for "SQL Server Integration Services Projects".Hope it can help your problem
1.Extensions -> Microsoft Reporting Service Project
2.and then close visual studio
3.VSIX installer will complete automatically
4.If your project unloaded, right click on project and reload
Today I faced this issue,
Cause
The reason for issue is,
I saw a yellow bg notification at the top of IDE showing performance issue , with option to "disable this" to improve the performance.
I chose disable, later next day when I opened the project, It showed the project is not compatible.
I did Repair SSIS, Uninstall and Reinstall SSIS, and also updated the SSIS to latest version. None of these 3 ways resolved the issue.
Solution
But, I found Manage Extension submenu item under Extension menu, Under installed tab, SSIS extension was in disabled status. I reverted to Enabled status. Sample screenshot of the same for reference is here. If it disabled, simply enable it. Then restart VS with SSIS project.
Enabling the SSIS in manage extensions solved this for me.

SQL Server Integration Services Projects
Download
Close Visual Studio and then run the download
When finished, open your existing SSIS project and right-click the project and select "Reload" or "Reload with dependancies"
You can also now start a new Integration Services project.

I have windows 10 and newest visual studio version. I have tried rebooting to make sure I have as many resources as possible. I have 4g ram.
If the SSDT installer gives you multiple instances of Visual Studio to choose from, try the "new" option.
I ran into this problem trying to install SSDT 15.8.1 on Windows Server 2012 R2 with the latest version of Visual Studio 2017 (v15.8.6) already installed. The SSDT installer gave me 2 options in a dropdown box.
Install tools to this Visual Studio 2017 instance:
Visual Studio 2017
Install new SQL Server Data Tools for Visual Studio 2017
When I chose the first option: Visual Studio 2017 (presumably the existing instance), I ran into the cryptic "recursion too deep" error. I installed the SSRS extension for VS (as suggested by others on Stack Overflow) and tried running the SSDT installer again for the existing Visual Studio 2017 instance. I got the same "recursion" error.
I tried one more time, but this time chose the 'Install new SQL Server Data Tools for Visual Studio 2017' option. This time the install process completed!
Apparently there is an installer inconsistency between the latest versions of SSDT and Visual Studio. The suggested fix is to start with a previous installation of Visual Studio 2017, install the latest SSDT on top of that, and then upgrade Visual Studio. This is a very time consuming fix. It appears this is only necessary for the SSIS components - the SSAS and SSRS pieces are available as Extensions within VS, and I believe they still install successfully from there.

Please re-run the VS community 2017 installer or go to Control Panel-Programs and Features, uninstall the previous SSDT version for VS 2017, then re-install it, you can have a look at this similar issue.
If this issue persists, please use http://aka.ms/vscollect to gather the installation logs and find vslogs.zip under the %temp% folder, then upload the file to Onedrive and share the link here.
You should uninstall the current version of SSDT before install a new version.
If your computer have some pages blocked, you could download the specific version offline installer (Download the header, then use SSDT-Setup.exe /layout [Folder]) for the former version and new version of SSDT.
How I got past it:
Uninstall the Visual Studio extensions for Reporting Services (and Analysis Services) projects in case if you going to select them during SSDT set up. Note: remember to run VS as administrator to do the uninstall.
Reboot VS2017 (just out of general principle.)

New computer build, clean install of Win 10, installed VS2017. After struggling with VS2017 issues for a few weeks I decided to go back to VS2015 and wait for an update. I uninstalled 2017 without problems, but when I try to install 2015 I get a message that Roslyn Language Services can't be installed because there's already a version installed and to uninstall RLS using Add/Remove Programs in the control panel. No such thing as Roslyn in the Apps list.
Is there another way to uninstall RLS 2017 so I can finish installing VS2015?
I got a similar error, and couldn't Repair 2015. I was able to resolve it when uninstalling an entry in "Programs and Features" titled similar to "Visual Studio for Applications 2015 Languages". I thought this was spoken/written languages, but it related to programming languages (the Roslyn service shows up in the Visual Studio dialog after clicking uninstall on that entry).
I'm having problems installing VS2015 Professional with Update 1.
These are the solutions I've tried.
Reinstallation from the ISO
Remove all VS packages from Programs and Features
Tried the solution from here
