I firstly downloaded and installed Genymotion in addition to virtual box and c++ 2008.
However, I was unable to create a virtual device and I got an error message as below.
Unable to create virtual device:
Server returned HTTP Status 504
this problem happens when you are connecting from a specific country that does not in list of genymotion cooperate.
for fixing this problem try to connect with a vpn,and then download your phone in genymotion...
when download is complete disconnect vpn to genymotion can deploy your custom phone
hope this help.

How to access local postgreSQL server running on computer, from mobile my phone?
I am making flutter app and use pgAdmin v6.10 as local server. I'm stuck for 2days trying different solutions to access server from my mobile browser but no progress.
I believe if i can access local server through mobile browser, also i can send data from my flutter app to database.
My pgAdmin runs on pc browser nicely but on phones browser doesn't open,
I've tried addresses 192.168.43.12:port(i.e computer's ip:port number) and 127.0.0.1:port
but they all didn't work, i get ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
Also i added this line on pg_hba.conf file
TYPE DATABASE USER ADDRESS METHOD
host flutterdb flutterdb_admin 192.168.43.12/24 scram-sha-256
And on my postgresql.conf file there is
listen_addresses = '*'

How to configure PostgreSQL to accept all incoming connections
Need assistance please on the error that im encountering in Mobilefirst test workbench.
I was not able to connect to a device due to this error:
Warning: RTW has not been successfully started; this may prevent device connection.
You could have an occupied port that prevents the server from starting? Maybe the instructions here will help: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21678980
I've been handed a Genexus KB to make an SD app for it. But each time i want to try it i get a "an error occurred in the application server (Not found)" each time i've ran it in a real device (connected in the internal network thorugh) or in an Android Emulator (Andy).
I've setted the KB to point to a local DB stored in my computer and i've tried different ways to try it and it keeps with no luck.
What else should I do?
PS: when i run the web version of it, there's no problem.
Altight people, first of all thanks for the help you gave me!
Secondly #fpanizza that link you gave me was very useful, I could use CatLog with android emulator Andy (after installing Andy Rootkit) and I found out that my app wasn't reaching REST services in the server which leads me to #Franklin, who was right to let me know that it had to do with REST services and I've found out later that i didn't had installed HTTP Activation at one of the WCF Services at the .Net Framework 4.5 Advanced Services, which allowed to reach REST services, and now it worked.
You can try setting the server URL with the IP of your server.
Is probable that the local host is trying to access itself, the android device.
Service URL property: http://wiki.genexus.com/commwiki/servlet/hwikibypageid?21146
Update
I would do what fpanizza suggests on the comment.
Another troubleshooting idea that may bring some light into problem would be to try to access the rest services from a web navigator on the emulator. The idea would be to validate that the emulator/device can "see" the server. Testing outside the app will help understand if the problem is in the app or the server or the connection device - server.
Thank you #Juan.

I'm getting following errors on the test controller machine, when I'm trying to run CodedUI Tests remotely:
(QTController.exe, PID 3032, Thread 12)
ControllerDeployment.DoDeployment: System.Net.Sockets.SocketException
(0x80004005): No such host is known
During controller and agent configuration no errors came up. And when I go to Manage test controller dialog in Visual Studio I can see all the agents active. But when I try to execute any CodedUI test remotely it's hanging forever.
Not sure if it's connected with the fact that I've upgraded client/controller/agents to 2012 versions recently, but I've started seeing the problem only after this upgrade.
From Microsoft KB 2643086:
This issue occurs because the test agent computer sends its Network
Basic Input/Output System (NetBIOS) name instead of sending its Fully
Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) name to the test controller computer.
When the DNS server of the test controller computer does not have the
IP address mapping of the NetBIOS name of the test agent computer, the
issue that is described in the "Symptoms" section occurs.
You should ensure you are using fully qualified domain names (FQDN).
There is also a hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, you have to contact Microsoft Customer Support Services to obtain the hotfix.
I had similar problem, still not completely resolved but a workaround is to install Visual Studio on controller box and keeping result DB on same box.
Mostly the issue is restriction / firewall on VPN which might be blocking incoming traffic on TCP ports of machine / laptop.
I am setup teamcity on my windows 7 laptop. I can connect to it on the server with the windows tray notifier. When I try to connect to it from another machine, i get the "Server URL IS INVALID ERROR? Please Help!
Your Windows 7 laptop probably doesn't allow incoming traffic to TeamCity from other machines. You can use the Windows Firewall configuration to allow it.
Also, isn't this the same question as this one: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/1751761/i-need-the-correct-teamcity-windows-tray-notfier-url
Also, this may get better reception on SuperUser!
