It's not a bug, it's a feature. From the release notes:
Code completion enhancements in the Xcode source editor help you enter symbols, methods, and property names with less typing. Code completion now provides more intelligent suggestions by using partial matches and the first letter of each word, in addition to prefix matching.

I am wondering is there any way to make my most recently used command appear on the top of the autocomplete suggestions in vscode for GO.
For example, I type fmt.printf() and next time when I type fmt. , it will put .printf() as the first choice of the autocomplete suggestions. As my observation, the suggestion is always in the fixed order, it won't change with my operations. So I am wondering is there any way to set up it?
After checking vscode-go issues, and its code, I don't see anything which would enable that feature.
The completion menu order does not seem to be configurable (for now).
Xcode code formatter Swift
I'm trying to auto format my code written in Swift. It's necessary if you're working in team and using CVS and don't want to merge for hours.
Ctrl+I just makes an indent, but for example i want to have proper space between functions and just all the stuff like in Clang.
The reformat code command in xcode is Ctrl-I, not Cmd-I and it appears to work just fine.

Eventhough it has good IntelliSense, xcode sucks at code formatting generally.Wish it was better.
Apple has to spend so much effort in this in order to make it VS level good.
Xcode and Swift 2.0: Per file, Cmd-A then Ctl-I. Ctl-I works for what is highlighted, Cmd-A highlights all. Just be careful not to accidentally delete all your source after the Ctl-A!
SwiftFormat is a popular code formatter for swift. It has an extension for Xcode, which can be accessed from the Editor menu.

personally this is another reason to use AppCode alongside Xcode.
While Xcode only fixes the indentation for Swift code, as mentioned in the question, AppCode at least handles spaces too. Somewhat relatedly it removes indents from empty lines by default.
AppCode's Swift support definitely isn't perfect yet and you still need to check the code in both, but it's still worth it because of better navigation and things like this.
The command in xcode is ctrl-i to format code, not cmd-i.
I would suggest using sublime text with the swift plugin, which will allow you to hotkey the code formatting.

In our project there are two teams and are using different IDE for development (MyEclipse and Xcode). Is there any way to keep indentation similar in both the IDE, because when we are doing diff it's showing lots of changes only because of indentation.
If they are using the same code base, there should be no differences. If you are comparing copies of the same code base, maybe there are XCode settings that modify tabs when saving code. If you are using Windows with MyEclipse and OS X with XCode, maybe line endings get switched on save. There should be preferences for that, too. There are also preferences for formatting code on save, or you may have plug-ins for cleaning up code. Lastly, there is a preference for using spaces or tabs to indent code.
There are preferences for how code is displayed, such as how many spaces to use for tabs, but this doesn't affect the actual files. So, again, if the same code base is used then there should be no differences. Perhaps you could expand on what you are comparing with what, if this answer doesn't help.
I'm using VS 2010 with resharper. If I have a class called ConfigParserTests and then write
new ConfigParser(
the code will auto complete to
new ConfigParserTests()
which is not what I want. Any idea how to disable this nasty feature.

without pressing "Esc". In this case I am using TDD so ConfigParser does not exist.

I have been looking around in both the resharper and VS intellisense menus without finding anything helpful.
Open Options window, navigate to Intellisense > Autopopup. You will see auto-complete options correspond to several cases and categorized according to language:
As you see, you can select for each single case:
Do not display.
Display but do not preselect. (seems proper for your case)
Display and preselect. (default)
Different options may be selected in different cases or languages. For example, you can specify different behaviours in C#:
After dot
After 'new'
In doc comments
Letter and digits
Where value is expected

It's not clear whether you're complaining about which class name it's filling in, or the parentheses. I'll address both.
If the class you're trying to use is in another namespace, and you haven't added the appropriate using yet, then the code completion is doing just what you would expect -- you told it which namespaces to use, and you didn't tell it to use the one with ConfigParser in it; so it uses the nearest match, as expected.
But ReSharper has shortcuts that can save you work by finding the class and adding the using for you. For this case, I would suggest that you look into the different Ctrl+Space options in ReSharper. You could write new cp <Ctrl+Alt+Space> and ReSharper will give you a pop-up menu asking whether you mean ConfigParser or ConfigParserTests. When you hit Enter to select the one you want, it will add the necessary using to the top of your file, and complete new ConfigParser() with the cursor between the parentheses.
(If the ConfigParser class doesn't exist yet, then that's one of the cases where you don't want code completion. Just type new ConfigParser and then hit Esc before typing your open paren.)
If your problem is that it adds a close paren, be aware that if you type ) ReSharper will not add a second close parenthesis -- it will recognize that you're typing a paren that it already added, so it will just move the cursor to the right. If for some reason you still don't want it to complete the open paren for you, #jdv-Jan de Vaan's answer explains where to change this preference.
When doing TDD you should put the VS intellisense into suggestion mode instead of the normal completion mode.

Unfortunately Resharper takes over the intellisense so you can not change mode without deactivating resharper.
Select Resharper \ Options. From the list on the left, select Enirionment \ Intellisence \ Completion behavior.
Then disable the checkboxes under "Automatically complete single item with:"
If you are using resharper 6.0 I would upgrade to 6.1 as there were a lot of these sort of preselecting bugs introduced in 6.0 and fixed in 6.1.

How can I use auto-complete in Xcode like I can in Visual Studio and Eclipse? Specifically in VS and Eclipse auto-complete displays a list of choices... while Xcode just displays a single choice.
For example Xcode might suggest "myVariable" when I type in "myV". That's fine but what if I have the following objects in the scope of my function: "myInt1" and "myInt2"? Xcode will suggest "myInt1" when I type "myI" but I'd like to have a list. Or it would be great to, say, tab through the various possibilities like in some shells. So typing "myI" would get the suggestions "myInt1" and then pressing tab would change the suggestion to "myInt2".

Press the escape key when auto-complete makes the first suggestion. This will display the list.
control + space also works in the latest Xcode.
