I run ./runInstaller -silent -force -responseFile /data/app/oracle/etc/db_install.rsp and show some warnings
[INS-13014] Target environment do not meet some optional requirements.
I check the log file and find some problems as following
Validating Response File /data/app/oracle/etc/db_install.rsp
WARNING: Unable to find the namespace URI. Reason: Start of root element expected.
INFO: Setting Response file data to the Installer

I searched many sites and still can not deal with it.

I had problem when run my revel app on windows
it create fine but don't run when I try so only get this. any idea?

Check your IPv4 address with the ipconfig command
Open webpro/conf/app.conf and paste the IPv4 address into the http.addr parameter

This looks to me like a configuration issue. Assuming that you are using nightwatchjs without selenium, you need to ensure that the runner is able to find the chromedriver and geckodriver binaries. You can check my sample repo here. If you are using selenium, then you can check here.
I am updating IBM BPM 8.6.0 to IBM Business Automation Workflow Version 18.0.0.2, after updating fix pack for IBAW when I am running below command I get an error.

The file command asked to run first in the above error is on 11 point in the upgrade guide, can some one please suggest whats wrong with this?
I am trying to run cellcli on my one of the Exadata Cell Server.
When I login to the Server, I am able to see all the files as expected.
(Like: all_group all_nodelist_group cell_group all_ib_group etc)
When I issue command to start cellcli it gives me error that command not found:
# cellcli
-bash: cellcli: command not found
# which cellcli
which: no cellcli in (/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/root/bin)
Any idea what is the location of the cellclie executable on exadata?
Do I need to export any other path to get this command?
cellcli is in /opt/oracle/cell/cellsrv/bin. It should be put in path by /etc/profile.d/cell_env.sh

I got this error when I tried to run(F5) my project solution using Visual Studio,then I did the following steps.......
I just did copy from other server which have visual studio installed then paste it in my local(c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v2.0.50727) webdev.webserver.exe then I tried to run
In Cmd Prompt:
c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v2.0.50727\WebDev.WebServer /?.
cd C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727--->aspnet_regiis -i
then iisrest

nothing is worked.Still I got Same Error...

How ever when I tried to run aspnet_regiis -i I got some error like
