DB2 Visual Studio Add-In with VS2015 - visual-studio

I'm trying to get DB2 Visual Studio Add-In working for Visual Studio 2015.
But no matter what I try, every time I try to update the entity framework model for the Database I get the following error.
Unable to convert runtime connection string to its design-time equivalent. The libraries requeird to enable Visual Studio to communicate with the database for design purposes (DDEX provider) are not installed for provider 'IBM.Data.DB2'.
As per the following thread VS2015 should be supported since DB2 10.5 Fix Pack 6 from December 2015:
Windows 10 and Visual Studio 2015 Support
I tried installing the add-in from Fix Pack 6 linked in the thread and the current add-in from Fix-Pack 7, but both give me the same error message.

Error TF31002 When Trying to Connect SSDT 2010 TO VSTS

Trying to connect my Visual Studio Team Services server in SQL Data Tools 2010, but getting the following error, i have correctly installed the Microsoft Visual Studio Team Explorer 2010 - ISO
Visual Studio online currently only works with VS2013 and above. It's not support for SSDT2010. You may need to use SSDT in VS2013 and try again.
SSDT is available in VS 2013, it's integrated into the box so we do
not have a stand alone install. If you install VS 2013, you will see
the Database Projects, SQL Server Object Explorer, and other tools
that were available in VS 2010 & VS 2012. I have verified that the
Database Projects in VS2013 will work with VS Online source control,
however if you are using the online build process, we are not built
into the online build support yet.

SSDT Business Intelligence with Visual Studio 2013 install error "The .NET Framework 4.5.1 is required"

So, I am currently unable to install SSIS BIDS for Visual Studio 2013 (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42313). I have Visual Studio 2013 and Sql Server 2014 Developer version. I am getting an error right away that says "The .NET Framework 4.5.1 is required for SQL Server Data Tools - Business Intelligence." I have .NET 4.5.1, I can actively target that framework, and just to be sure I tried to install the 4..51 client profile again but it says I already have a newer version installed.
I have seen that in this question: Using SSIS BIDS with Visual Studio 2012 / 2013, that some people were experiencing an architecture error, but that is not the error I am getting. Really stuck on this, any insights would be appreciated.
You want SSDT, not BIDS. It was renamed a few years ago. The link for your version should be here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42313 ; And I see that you linked that in your answer. Have you tried uninstalling .NET 4.5.1 and letting it install it from the SSDT setup?

.csproj file unsupported in Visual Studio 2013

So I'm trying to do what I think is a very simple thing: generate a Windows Phone app with PhoneGap and open it in Visual Studio. On a totally fresh Windows installation (via Bootcamp), I've:
Downloaded Visual Studio Express 2013 for Windows (the very first download button: http://developer.windowsphone.com/en-us/downloadsdk)
Created a PhoneGap Windows Phone app per the Getting Started guide.
However, every time I try to open the csproj file, I keep getting this error:
Unsupported
This version of Visual Studio is unable to open the following projects. The project types may not be installed or this version of Visual Studio may not support them.
For more information on enabling these project types or otherwise migrating your assets, please see the details in the "Migration Report" displayed after clicking OK.
- HelloWorld, "C:\BodBot\BodBot-PG\BodBot\platforms\wp8\HelloWorld.csproj"
No changes required
These projects can be opened in Visual Studio 2013, Visual Studio 2012, and Visual Studio 2010 SP1 without changing them.
- HelloWorld, "C:\BodBot\BodBot-PG\BodBot\platforms\wp8\HelloWorld.sln"
No matter what I do. It works totally fine on Visual Studio 2012 for Windows Phone. I've tried it on VS 2013 for Desktop, and that doesn't work either. No clue what is happening here, and don't know even where to start to figure out what's wrong. I've Googled extensively to no avail; basically all instances of this error seem to have to do with previous version of VS. Pointing in any direction would be very much appreciated.
Turns out Update 2 wasn't getting installed correctly. I ended up installing Visual Studio and the Update 2 separately and Update 2 got installed successfully. Everything works now.
To build Multi device hybrid (Cordova tooling) apps with Visual Studio, you need to have Visual Studio 2013 Update 2 - Professional, Ultimate, or Premium.

How to allow Visual Studio to upgrade the project automatically?

I have some compatibility problems with vs 2010 file opened in vs 2013, i have read that maybe i can solve it activating the option "upgrade project automaticcaly" but i can't find it. Where i can find this option in Visual Studio 2013 Express?
EDIT
I can't launch the project ,i have tried in VS2010 Express , VS2012 Express , VS2013 Express... It seems so strange, it's an official demo of kinect sdk.
EDIT
Suddenly it starts work on visual studio 2010
It's not a project upgrade issue but the sounds of that error message - VS2013 Express doesn't support the project type you are trying to open.
The following page describes the s/w requirements for use that project
Kinect or Windows SDK
Specifically the s/w dev requirements are:
Visual Studio 2010, or Visual Studio 2012. The free Express editions can be downloaded from Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Express or Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 Express.
.NET Framework 4 (installed with Visual Studio 2010), or .NET Framework 4.5 (installed with Visual Studio 2012).
There are a lot of other requirements also listed on that page.
I would suggest you download VS2012 Express (its free) and work from there.

Visual Basic 2010 - Creating a Silverlight project?

Hello,
My operating system is Windows 7 - SP1 (64bit). I tried to create a Silverlight project in Visual Basic 2010 (Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate - SP1). Complete Install expect SQL Server 2008 Express SP1 (x64). But I got this message,
So I went to that link shown above (here it is) and downloaded the Microsoft Silverlight 4 Tools for Visual Studio 2010 and tried to install it and this is the message I get,
The link in the above message leads here. What needs to be done here to create a Silverlight project in Visual Basic 2010?
Thanks for Vinicius for the help in above comments.
This is what I did. I went to Programs and Features in Control Panel and uninstalled everything with the term "Visual Studio 2010". Then installed Visual Studio 2010 again. That's it. It worked. It created the Silverlight project with Silverlight 3. I also installed Microsoft Silverlight 4 Tools for Visual Studio 2010 after that and it created the project.
