I've installed the SmartDevicePlus (from DVelop) extension in my Genexus15 folder. The setup ends telling me it completed successfully. Yet, I can't find the SD+ menu in Tools.
I've also tried to install the WorkWithPlus (from DVelop) extension from the Add-in manager but here is the message I got:
1)File DVelopWorkWithPlus_9.1.15_Ev2_U4_higher_Setup.rar installed correctly.
2)Failed to install file DVelopWorkWithPlus_9.1.15_Ev2_U4_higher_Setup.rar.
You should install the proper setups for Gx 15 for both WorkWithPlus and SmartDevicesPlus, you can download them from www.dvelop.com.uy/downloads.
By using this setups you should use the products on Gx15. If you have other problems please write us to support#workwithplus.com or by Skype (supportwwp) so we can connect by Team Viewer and help you with the first steps.
We can also schedule an online demo of the products so you can take further advantage of your tests with them!

I have started using opentaps and want to set up this in multi-tenant mode.
In opentaps-1.5, create-tenant target is not available so we can not create tenant dynamically.
After googling a lot, i found latest ofbiz provide this functionality
I want to this in opentaps, but not able to download 1.5M3.
Can any one help me over this?
Opentaps is an OFBiz fork, they are are not in synch for a long time now. To use the latest OFBiz features and profit from the community work I suggest to switch to standard OFBiz.
If you need certain features in standard OFBiz which are missing, please feel free to submit a Jira issue.
I am taking a course on Coursera and we have been asked to use the community version of Pentaho Business Analytics (PBA).
I have download the latest PBA server and plugin for Pivot4J, however, when I launch the web interface and click on new, I do not see the Create Pivot4J View as shown in most demos.
I have launched the interface on 2 systems with Windows 8.1 Pro and Windows 10 Pro OS running on them.
Can someone help me out please as the deadline for me to turn in my work is in 3 days?
Thank you.
Please see screenshot below of what I have tried to explain above.

Try with 0.9 version from pivot4j site and maybe Pentaho 6 version is note yet supported so try 5.4 ba server.
You should download and unzip Pivot4J plugin into: ./pentaho-solutions/system folder in the BIserver, follow:
this link
or if this still does not show the pivot4j option you can install it through the Marketplace, there you can install/unistall pluggins, including pivot4j.
After you install or update stop and start the server and it will work.
When you unzip the file pivot4j-pentaho-0.9-plugin.zip it will create a folder called pivot4j. Don't move the contents in the folder move the entire folder to:
C:\program files\pentaho\biserver-ce\pentaho-solutions\system\pivot4j\
This is will work if you are not seeing the plugin in the drop down in Pentaho.
Granted everything else was done correctly.
I am trying to install jBilling community edition on heroku and/or appfog. I could not find any information on google on how to do this. I used the simple way to deploy the war file on heroku and that did not work. I am assuming there must be some configuration changes needed.
Before I venture into this I wanted to get a shout out and see if anyone has already done this successfully and has notes that s/he is willing to share with me.
jBilling has both installation guides (for windows and for mac/linux) and a Getting Started Guide on their website that list each step and walk you through the process. Try starting with those.
I've installed Eclipse 4.2 Juno. Now I want to install aptana for developing ruby, but I get the following error,
Unable to read repository at http://download.aptana.com/studio3/plugin/install/content.jar.
Unable to read repository at http://download.aptana.com/studio3/plugin/install/content.jar.
Read timed out
I assume that by now you have probably solved the problem, but I had exactly the same problem and found the solution after many searches, so for the sake of any others searching here...
The URL you need to enter in the 'Install New Software' dialog is
http://download.aptana.com/studio3/plugin/install
The following answer was correct. I just tested it with Eclipse Juno.
Steps:
Open Eclipse
Help -> Install New Software
Add (on the top right)
Enter the following link for Aptana Plugin with Eclipse Juno: http://download.aptana.com/studio3/plugin/install
Click OK
Put a check mark for Aptana Studio 3
Next -> Next -> Finish
download.aptana.com/studio3/plugin/install did not work for me. I am using Eclipse 4.3 based STS 3.4
Instead I got the appropriate update site link from this site Aptana Update Site
This is the link for Eclipse plugin update site http://d1iwq2e2xrohf.cloudfront.net/tools/studio/plugin/install/studio3/3.4.2.201308081736/
There is also a link to download the plugin and install through archive. I have used the above update site link and no problem at all.
Hope that will help others.
Adding this answer in case somebody still gets this error while using the correct URL from JonB's answer (http://download.aptana.com/studio3/plugin/install )
Restart Eclipse and try again.
This appears to be a transient issue, as mentioned here:
Aptana studio 3 cannot contact download.ecplise.org
It worked for me after a retry.
I also gone through same problem. But Following solution works for me,
In Eclipse, go to "Eclipse Marketplace" and search for Aptana 3 and hit the Install button.
Help -> Eclipse MarketPlace
Eclipse Market place - Aptana 3 Studio plugin
I wondered myself whether to install the standalone or the plugin. I tried the plugin based on aptanaès instructions and it failed on the first try.
As usual SO respondents reported this problem.
I restarted Eclipse, and then did the install with Aptanaès URL
http://download.aptana.com/studio3/plugin/install
and it worked.
My environment was Eclipse JUNO,
As of 01/29/18 and Eclipse Photon, none of the URLs listed as answers here work in Eclipse's built-in software sources panel. However, after some trial and error mashing up Aptana's old download URLs with the ones Appcelerator (which bought Aptana in 2015) uses for its own software, I got:
http://download.appcelerator.com/aptana/studio3/plugin/update/stable
This works, is totally plug-and-play, and is obviously official - no need to go off to some shady 3rd party hosting site. I just wish someone at Appcelerator had spent 15 minutes to post it somewhere.
