cannot uninstall or reinstall visual studio 2013 - visual-studio

I wanted to install vS 2015 but got an error so I then tried to uninstall visual studio 2013 first prior to installing VS 2015.
And now I see I cannot even reinstall (or uninstall) VS 2013.
When I try to uninstall VS 2013 I get this error
"an error occurred while trying to uninstall microsoft visual studio ultimate 2013. It may have already been uninstalled. Would you like to remove microsoft visual studio ultimate 2013 ultimate from the programs and features list".
I said no 'cos I want to uninstall it properly And then that dialog box cancels but it isn't uninstalled
I can go into visual studio. So it is installed.
I then tried to reinstall since that may fix the uninstaller.
Then I get this error
"setup failed. Install cannot continue because some required components failed. Please correct the following problems and restart the setup..."
The end of the log file states

Any help will be appreciated...
The problem was the lack of connection to Internet.
The machine where I want to install Visual Studio 2015 Enterprise, was an intranet machine without access to internet.
After configuring a proxy to get access to internet, I installed Visual Studio and finishes Ok.

Visual Studio 2015 unattended install from shared drive with packages

I am trying to create a chocolatey package to perform an unattended install of Visual Studio 2015 Enterprise. This will be something that we use internally so we have a network share that contains the vs_enterprise.exe executable. The network share also contains a packages folder that has the Visual Studio packages that you can choose to install when installing Visual Studio. Ex: Windows Dev Tools, Xamarin SDKs, FSharp SDK, etc...
Using the following command to install using chocolatey, I get an error when it attempts to download packages from Microsoft: choco install -fdv <path to nuspec>
This is the error from the logs:

However, if I install manually by double clicking on the vs_enterprise.exe file on the network share, the logs show that the packages are being installed from the network share, and Visual Studio installs correctly.

Is there a way I can force the unattended install to look for packages on the network share instead of trying to download them?
Chocolatey Install Function With No Download - Install-ChocolateyInstallPackage
Yes, that is supported, but you need a different helper. You didn't post your script, so I get to assume you are using Install-ChocolateyPackage (you ran choco new visualstudio2015 to create the package, right?).
Check out the documentation for the Chocolatey PowerShell functions for a complete reference.
Install-ChocolateyPackage mentions the following:
Installs software into "Programs and Features" based on a remote file
download. Use Install-ChocolateyInstallPackage when local or embedded
file.
There is a function called Install-ChocolateyInstallPackage that just uses the file where ever it is, whether embedded in the package or on a local file share.
Don't call choco install nuspec
Calling choco install with a path to a nuspec is probably what is actually causing the errors you are seeing. That is used mostly for testing - choco has to compile the package to be able to run the install and it may be attempting to bring things local to do that. So run choco pack against that nuspec to compile the package first.
It is recommended you call choco install visualstudio2015 --source \\the_share\folder_with_compiled_nupkgs.
There should be a compiled visualstudio2015.version.nupkg in that folder, which is the compiled nuspec.
If you want more in depth information, see https://chocolatey.org/docs/commands-install#examples

Visual Studio Community 2015 with Update 2 Installation Failed

After Microsoft had released Visual Studio Update 2 I downloaded the full ISO image and then installed update successfully, but when I launched it freeze on splash screen (now I knew that issue caused by some extension, but it too late) so I tried to do clean uninstall by following steps from this thread
--> Error Installing Visual Studio 2015 Enterprise Update 1 with Team Explorer
run vs_community.exe /uninstall /force
delete all Visual Studio 2015 related folders
delete all Visual Studio 2015 registry
After that I installed Visual Studio 2015 Community again it failed with new errors
Azure AD Authentication Connected Services -> Packages Failed
Microsoft Azure Mobile Services Connected Service -> Package Failed
Although I tried to resolve this problem by follow this thread
--> Multiple Errors Installing Visual Studio 2015 Community Edition
Unfortunately, no method work for me. I tried to reinstall many times and also tried with Visual Studio Professional with Update 2 ISO and faced the same issues.
My OS is Windows 10 Professional and this is some part of visual studio install log

I cannot speak to Windows 10, and I noticed you have linked to two of the main articles I used, but here is my answer on how I got VS 2015 CE Update 2 working on Windows 7. It includes a few minor items not noted in the other articles with may (or may not =P) have made a difference.

Visual Studio Community 2013 Update 4 Setup failed

I have downloaded Visual Studio Community 2013 Update 4 iso file from visualstudio.com to install VS on Windows 8.1 x64 and I have verfied SHA1 checksum of the iso file and the result was correct.
The problem was that setup stops at Applying: Visual Studio Core features and then fail and finalize with
-Error icon and "Visual Studio Core Features -ENU Fatal error during installation"
-Warning icons on three messages which were : "Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 32bit Compilers - ENU Resource Package failed", "Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Compilers - ENU Resource Package failed" and "Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 x64 Native Compilers - ENU Resource Package failed"
Until now I have done the following :-
1) Disabled Antivirus,Firewall and Anti-Malware before installation and run installation as Administartor.
2) Cleaned %temp%,C:\ProgramData\Package Cache and AppData\Local\Temp folders before installation.
3) Verified all installed .Net frameworks using .Net Framewrok setup verfication utility.
4) Used the system file checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files as descriped in https://support.microsoft.com/KB/929833 and the result was "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations".
And found these errors in logs (ERROR is coming from vs_professionalcore.msi) :-

What is causing this problem? and how to solve it?,from the logs the error is ERROR 2902 I have googled about it and I didn't find any solutions.
My first guess for the solution of this issue is to set user access control to the lowest value.I found it worked for me.
Probably the issue arises from updates occurences after installation.
You could try to check the
kb2829760 installation in your
C:\ProgramData\Package Cache directory (look at http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2829760).
In my system I found C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\07D2D6FD53E7EDE1FB612619A11BBCD5530A3E56\packages\vsupdate_kb2829760\vsupdate_kb2829760.exe that I ran with /Uninstall /Force flags (my issue was cleaning up orphaned components of Visual Studio already removed via appwiz.cpl and not displayed in the updates list).
Anyway I suggest to take a deep check at C:\ProgramData\Package Cache. For example, if you look for vs (dir /s /b *vs*)
you could check all GUIDs and paths that sound like probable candidates to cleanup.

Solution :-
Firstly I give the current user full control over C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0. By clicking right click over the folder properties then security then make sure SYSTEM,Administrators and Users have Full Control and added the current user profile and gave it full control but that didn't solve the problem.
After that I have Found that ComSpec System Variable in Environment Variables value is : %SystemRoot%\system32\cmd.exe;C:\wamp\bin\php\php5.5.12;.Changing the value to %SystemRoot%\system32\cmd.exe; solved the problem.
EDIT :-
Adding the current user profile to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0. folder caused Error 1316.The specified account already exists when I have tried to uninstall VS 2013 so I deleted that profile then I could uninstall VS 2013 Successfully.
I solved this problem in this way: Firstly, I deactivated the Windows firewall, and then using a free program: Revo Unistaller Pro (http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html), I cleared out the old installation of Visual Studio.
Afterwards, I used CCleaner to manually delete all the components that depend on Visual Studio:
and
Afterwards, from the command line (as administrator) I used this
name like 'microsoft visual%'" call uninstall /nointeractive
to delete the other packages.
note: Repeat for SQL etc by replacing visual% in above command with sql.
Then restart the pc and try to install now Visual Studio.
Best regards

visual studio 2013 error on installation microsoft.net framework 4.51

I have a problem while installing vs 2013 the image below shows the error:
I have researched much on Google, on I found that on windows 8.1 the .net framework 4.5.1 is already part of the OS now. When VS 2013 is trying to install .net framework 4.5.1, then the error shows.
Below is the installation log.

Please help. Thank you.
In general this seems an issue during NetFx 4.51 install. Try to install NetFX 4.5.1 manually from http://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=40779. If issues still occur try to google for netfxfullredist_43 and try to solve issues around these searching results.
Or interestingly just got an issue 0x800713ec: In that case. root partition of HDD too full. Here NetFX 4.5.1 needs much space ;-)
If netFX 4.5.1 says installed what does then the VS 2013 Ultimate installer bring up for an issue? It should then be another one as the above mentioned one.
In general the root partition also needs much free space. Not sure how much VS Ultimate needs, but assume at least something like 2 GB ++
I installed .Net 4.5.1 and retired installing Visual Studio and it worked.
I my case it failed because of very high screen resolution.
.net framework seems need to check the ui status and high resolution may corrupted this.
I was using windows 7 under a parallels desktop virtual machine, and the host macbook enabled full resolution which is larger than 1080p for windows without retina support.
The solution is to Resize the Parallels Desktop to scale down the resolution.
