How to implement isRePin() function - pinterest

I'm using the Pinterest API to fetch pins from a specific board, and I want to know which Pins created by the board owner and which pins are Re Pins. For some reason I couldn't find how to do that via the API.
What am I missing?

Add the 'creator' to the 'fields' in the request. It will return the first and last name, ID, and profile URL of the pin's creator. The ID would be interesting to compare with the ID of your board owner. I am not sure if the creator ever changes, but it is worth looking into.

How to specify Metaplex NFT collection image in Phantom wallet

I've created a Solana NFT through metaplex. 1 out of 1.
It's showing up in my Phantom wallet on mobile however it's different from the NFTs purchased on solanart.
On the NFT screen, it says "Collection NFT" and shows the actual image only if I tap into the collection (last one).
What should I do to make it look like the purchased ones?
Also somehow another unspecified and empty (no metadata) NFT is also there and I'm not sure what it is (third one in the list).
Quite new to this, so probably missing something simple...
Thank you!
regarding the "Collection NFT" - You have to manually add metadata to the NFT:
Upload a new JSON + PNG pair (e.g. with arloader, sol-nft.tools arkb). It should can look like any other NFT metadata but should contain the collection data that will be shown.
use cli-nft.ts create-metadata or metaboss to add the uri (from the step 1) to the collection nft mint
Update June 2022: There is now a way better method to updating single NFTs:
Search your collection adress (Open a NFT on solscan, look into the metadata tab. There is a "collection" value which is your collection address). Copy it.
go to https://sol-tools.tonyboyle.io/update-nft and connect your wallet
enter the collection address
Modify whatever you need
Regarding the third NFT in your list: It looks like that you did not verify the upload and therefore the data was not on chain when the token was minted. Have a look here: https://docs.metaplex.com/candy-machine-v2/verify-upload

CustomerInfo nickname and reference_id usage in different platforms

I find that the nickname and reference_id fields work differently across platforms and I'd like to get clarification on how they should be used.
With the API, I can retrieve and set both these fields.
In the web-based dashboard, both fields are displayed and can be edited if present, but there's no way to enter a nickname when creating a new customer.
In the Register iOS app, none of these fields are shown or editable. They're also absent when creating a new customer.
What I want to do is map Square Customers to our existing members, but we're facing three problems:
reference_id seems to map perfectly with our existing member numbers but, as mentioned, it's nowhere to be seen in the Register app.
Searching customers in the Register app only searches in names and emails. It would really help us if it searched in reference_id as well.
CustomerGroupInfo is read-only via the API (and not even an endpoint). We would map these to our membership levels.
As of now, I'm looking at ugly workarounds, but I wanted to know if something in the roadmap could help us out. Thanks in advance to the people at Square!

Get a list of Active Directory Users along with their Full Name and Email

I need to retrieve a list of Active Directory users and their attributes using Delphi 2010.
I've seen a few similar questions on SO (e.g. Delphi - Find primary email address for an Active Directory user), but they all seem to require the user name before any additional information can be retrieved.
I had written an article for [The Delphi Magazine] way back when..... if you have access to a backlog of those magazines, it's in issue no. 62 (October 2000) - unfortunately, it seems those back issues aren't available for purchase anymore :-(
It's too long of an article and a code sample to post here.... basically it's about wrapping the IDirectorySearch interface in a nicer Delphi-like shell. You pass in a base container where to search, you define an LDAP filter, and you define a set of attributes you're interested in - then you search and get back basically an enumerator for the results, which you can get one by one.
In the end, I discovered TJvObjectPickerDialog, part of JVCL. It wraps the Windows Select Object dialog and does everything I need with very little coding. Just set the required properties and call execute. The selected user objects are returned along with the attributes that you set in the 'Attributes' property.

Identify ABRecord records uniquely: Is [ABRecord uniqueId] immutable?

I need to reference ABPerson records from within an application. I use the unique ID provided by
- (NSString *)uniqueId
and attach it to my in-app contact record.
Additionally, I save ABPerson's vCardRepresentation as a fallback. In case the app isn't any longer able to locate the ABRecord using the uniqueID, the app asks the user to recover the adressbook record using the saved vCardRepresentation. All works fine.
Unfortunately, a friend told me, that uniqueId isn't immutable: During a sync, uniqueId may suddenly change.
According to him, somewhere in iOS documentation, Apple explains that no way exists to immutable identify ABPersons using uniqueId. In OS X' Cocoa documentation, I failed to find such a hint.
On a given Mac, may the uniqueId change suddenly? If that's true, what's the correct way to identify ABPerson records from within an external application?
In case the uniqueID isn't immutable, I certainly may assign a custom property with a GUID. Unfortunately, custom fields do not sync.
Certainly, I'd prefer to use uniqueId.
For whats its worth, from Apple's techdoc:
kABUIDProperty
The unique ID for this record. It’s guaranteed never to change, no matter how much the record changes. If you need to store a reference to a record, use this value. Type: kABStringProperty.
Available in Mac OS X v10.2 and later.
Declared in ABGlobals.h.
It looks like the kABUIDProperty approach might not work anymore. I came across this blog entry with more discussion in the comments at: http://blog.clickablebliss.com/2011/11/07/addressbook-record-identifiers-on-mac-and-ios/.
A case in point: If a user decides to turn on iCloud sync, the unique ids in that user's address book will change. If the users turns off iCloud sync, they'll change again.
Addendum: it might be worthwhile looking at the StackOverflow entry here.
Apple's docs do say this (quoted from the link):
"The recommended way to keep a long-term reference to a particular record is to store the
first and last name, or a hash of the first and last name, in addition to the identifier.
When you look up a record by ID, compare the record’s name to your stored name. If they don’t match, use the stored name to find the record, and store the new ID for the record."

Magento View 'Company Name' Instead Of First/Last Name

Can Magento view/manage our customers by their business name in addition to their contact names to find them easily? It is being used for B2B, so when emails go out they are pulling the customer’s name, instead of the company name which is more appropriate.
Is this a global setting?
thanks in advance.
Magento stores business name on the customer's address by default, so it's a little harder to get to.
There's no reason you cannot add another customer field to put the company name on the customer record itself. That way you'll have no problem accessing it, and can change other screens in the system to reflect it.
If you don't want to go to those lengths, you could always implement a method that pulls the company name from the default address, and save it into the session by default, for easier retrieval.
EDIT: Better idea.
Looking through the sales email templates, there are two methods that are used to grab a customer's name:
$order->getCustomerName();
$order->getBillingAddress()->getName();
I don't see any separate references to the company name, so you should be able to substitute these two methods for your own and get the desired outcome. You'll need to create your own module and override the models for customer/address and sales/order (others have covered this in depth elsewhere). Then create methods that look something like this:
public function getCustomerName() {
if($this->getBillingAddress()->getCompany()) {
return $this->getBillingAddress()->getCompany();
}
return parent::getCustomerName();
}
That's the example for sales order, modify accordingly for customer. Now your company names will be used whenever available, and when they aren't the fallback will be to the original implementation (customer name).
Hope that helps!
Thanks,
Joe
You are correct about the universal application. If you did want just the emails, the concern is whether you have access to your custom function where you need it. If there's no object handy, I'm not positive that you will be able to call just any method that you need to.
An approach that would work in this case would be to override the two objects mentioned below, but to instead add a getCompanyName method to them. That way, you'll have the right objects to call, and you can edit the emails specifically to taste.
