Laravel Composer stopped work - laravel-5

My composer stopped working I have no idea why. I tried to undo the changes at my application and still not working. So I tried to reinstall laravel, but now I can not use composer install. I get this message:

If I run composer diagnose I get this:

I think you may have a connectivity issue. Try resetting your internet connection and try again.

Go get from GCP source repositories

I'm trying to go get a repository from GCP Source repositories.
This seems to be very very poorly documented but what I tried to do was running go get source.developers.google.com/p/[MY-PROJECT]/r/[MY_REPO].git.
But I got the error:

How can I make it work?
Fixed by adding GOPRIVATE=source.developers.google.com. Seems that go mod was trying to use a public connection which was being refused by Source.

Using golang-ci lint error fetch corp package

Im using golangci-lint and getting the following error in CI, any idea what could be the reason? and how can I avoid this.
Our GitHub repo is already have all the vendor packages so it shouldn't install it in first place.
golangci-lint run --config golangci.yml
level=error msg="Running error: context loading failed: failed to load packages: failed to load with go/packages: err: exit
status 1: stderr: go: github.avt.corp/ding/logger-ut#v1.1.0:

fetch: Get https://github.avt.corp/ding/logger-ut?go-get=1: x509:
certificate signed by unknown authority)\n"
btw I was able to clone the project and run it
Use the following:
run:
modules-download-mode: vendor
or add this to the command you are runnig
--modules-download-mode vendor

failed to install greenplum command center when running gpccinstall

I downloaded greenplum-cc-web-4.6.1-LINUX-x86_64.zip for my greenplum db with 5.18, and followed this link (https://gpcc.docs.pivotal.io/460/topics/setup-collection-agents.html) to install command center. Everything is OK while there is a failure about gpccinstall. It showed following errors:

Can anyone encounter this issue before? I did some search in google and pivotal community, but failed to find some solution. Any help is appreciated.
BTW, when I ignored above errors, and continued, I found the gpcc web server can be started successfully. And when I logged in, only "Query Monitor" UI section show one warning: "GPCC is no longer receiving updates. Check your network status or gpcc status and refresh this page.", other part of UI seems OK.
From here:

You have duplicate ssh fingerprint keys in your /home/gpadmin/.ssh/known_hosts file. I recommend removing both lines 10 and 17 from that file, then running ssh-keyscan client-gp03.bj >> /home/gpadmin/.ssh/known_hosts
After this is complete, try ssh-ing to the host, to see that the fingerprint error is cleared up, and if so, try the gpcc installation again.

Trouble installing Mechanize with Strawberry (portable) Perl (for Windows 7)

I've seen posts elsewhere on Stack Overflow suggesting that the sort of problem I have installing Mechanize for use with Strawberry Perl occur due to corporate firewalls, but I am not behind a corporate firewall. I do use an ISP modem and I have anti-virus software installed on my desktop. How should I configure cpan to avoid this problem?

LWP failed with code[500] message[Can't connect to www.cpan.org:80 (Bad hostname)]
I would suggest that it's either a problem with your internet connection, your firewall, or permissions that you're giving cpan.
I suspect that you can probably reach either of the two above urls via a web browser.
Try running cmd prompt as administrator, and try again.
Problem solved. It was the damn anti-virus software running on my machine!!!!

thanks a ton!
It looks like it cannot resolve hostnames, can you ping www.google.co.uk from that machine?
If thats the problem you can temporary edit your DNS settings, I don't now how it works in Red Hat, but here is the Ubuntu way:
sudo nano /etc/resolv.conf
Add DNS server manual:
#Google nameserver 1:
nameserver 8.8.8.8
#Google nameserver 2:
nameserver 8.8.4.4
Save the file and restart the network interface:
sudo /etc/init.d/networking restart
