Error when shutting down tomcat server - debugging

I had started tomcat in debug mode by setting the java_opts. It worked I was able to debug using IntelliJ.
However, when I try to stop tomcat using
./catalina stop
I am getting the following error:
ERROR: transport error 202: bind failed: Address already in use ERROR:
JDWP Transport dt_socket failed to initialize, TRANSPORT_INIT(510)
JDWP exit error AGENT_ERROR_TRANSPORT_INIT(197): No transports
initialized [debugInit.c:750] FATAL ERROR in native method: JDWP No
transports initialized, jvmtiError=AGENT_ERROR_TRANSPORT_INIT(197)
any idea ?

I found the answear when I searched further.
Basically, instead of JAVA_OPTS, using CATALINA_OPTS, solved this issue.
I found this answear in the following here:

Curious if there's a config I am missing. Any help will be much appreciated.

Connection reset jax-rs and wildfly10

If I try to make a site call with jax-rs and wildfly10 I have connection problems but if I make the same call from curl from the server where wildfly10 is working it works perfectly.
This is the wildfly error:
2020-06-18 18:01:46,075 INFO [org.apache.http.impl.client.DefaultHttpClient] (default task-48) I/O exception (java.net.SocketException) caught when connecting to {s}->https://xyx.it:443: Connection reset
Anyone have any ideas?

Connection refused error in worker logs - apache storm

I see the below error in worker logs, it happens almost every milliseconds, but the cluster is running fine, I wanted to know what does these error mean and any idea on why this would occur.
This happens on all the worker nodes
2016-05-12T15:32:53.514-0500 b.s.m.n.Client [ERROR] connection attempt 3 to Netty-Client-xxxxx.hq.abc.com/xx.xx.xxx.xx:6700 failed: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: xxxxx.hq.abc.com/xx.xx.xxx.xxx:6700
And after some time i see this
2016-05-12T15:44:25.940-0500 b.s.m.n.Client [ERROR] discarding 1 messages because the Netty client to Netty-Client-xxxxx.hq.abc.com/xx.xx.xxx.xxx:6700 is being closed
After struggling forever with this problem, I found that setting storm.local.hostname property in the storm.yaml file solved the issue for me. On my laptop, I set storm.zookeeper.servers, nimbus.host and storm.local.hostname all to "localhost".
I am using version 0.10.2 of storm.
