Running docker commands in bash script leads to segmentation fault - bash

The commands are like:
docker run / stop / rm ...
which works in terminal while causes segmentation fault in bash script.
I compared the environments between bash script and terminal, as shown below.

You've rewritten the docker command in a shell, it's entirely possible this is even a recursive definition. Remove this from your environment:

unable to execute a bash script in k8s cronjob pod's container

Team,

cannot run above file but I can cat it well. I tried my best and still trying to find but no luck so far..
my requirement is to mount bash script from config map to a directory inside container and run it to clone a repo but am getting below message.

Kubernetes readiness probe fails

I wrote a readiness_probe for my pod by using a bash script. Readiness probe failed with Reason: Unhealthy but when I manually get in to the pod and run this command /bin/bash -c health=$(curl -s -o /dev/null --write-out "%{http_code}" http://localhost:8080/api/v2/ping); if [[ $health -ne 401 ]]; then exit 1; fi bash script exits with code 0.
What could be the reason? I am attaching the code and the error below.
Edit: Found out that the health variable is set to 000 which means timeout in for bash script.
readinessProbe:
exec:
command:
- /bin/bash
- '-c'
- |-
health=$(curl -s -o /dev/null --write-out "%{http_code}" http://localhost:8080/api/v2/ping);

The probe could be failing because it is facing performance issues or slow startup. To troubleshoot this issue, you will need to check that the probe doesn’t start until the app is up and running in your pod. Perhaps you will need to increase the Timeout of the Readiness Probe, as well as the Timeout of the Liveness Probe, like in the following example:
readinessProbe:
initialDelaySeconds: 10
periodSeconds: 2
timeoutSeconds: 10

React-Native + Detox + Gitlab-ci + AWS EC2 / Cannot boot Android Emulator with the name

Describe the bug
My goal is to run unit test e2e detox for a mobile application in react-native from a Gitlab-ci on a AWS ec2 instance
AWS EC2: c5.xlarge 4 CPU / 8GB RAM
I just create an instance ec2 c5.xlarge on AWS and setup docker and gitlab-runner with docker executor (image: alpine) on it.
Here my .gitlab-ci.yml :

- unit-test

Here the things I tried many way to setup an android emulator on an EC2 but it's look working only with an emulator armeabi-v7a due to the cpu virtualisation. It's look like the latest emulator available for armeabi-v7a is system-images;android-25;google_apis;armeabi-v7a. It's look like I can only run an emulator with sdkversion 25 on EC2 instance then.
On my mobile app, I'm using mapbox for some features that require with detox minSdkversion 26. That I set on my build.gradle as well.
You can see full logs of my CI in attachement.
Log_CI.txt
I get an error because detox don't find my emulator for the name Pixel_API_28_AOSP. This error could be related to the minSdkVersion ? Or I miss something in my CI ?
Environment (please complete the following information):
Detox: 17.10.2
React Native: 0.63.2
Device: emulator system-images;android-25;google_apis;armeabi-v7a
OS: android
Thanks in advance for your help !

Resolve remote origin already exists error at Git lab Runner

My Error at git lab runner terminal
fatal: remote origin already exists.
warning: failed to remove code/ecom_front_proj/dist/sections: Permission denied
ERROR: Job failed: exit status 1
I am trying to deploy my project to an AWS server by git runner using CI CD. First time the code deploys successfully. If I commit a second time it shows the above error.
If I delete my runner and create new one it is deploying successfully.
I don't know how to delete the remote origin file that already exists.

Looks like you run gitlab-runner version 11.9.0 and it has a bug.
Alternatively, your gitlab-runner was installed with privileges that not allow it to change file structure in the mentioned path, consider reinstalling or adding these privileges.

Auditbeat not picking up authentication events in CentOs 7

I am trying to ship the authentication related of my CentOS 7 to Elasticsearch. Strangely I am not getting any authentication events.
When I ran the debug command auditbeat -c auditbeat.conf -d -e "*" , I found something like below:
{
"#timestamp": "2019-01-15T11:54:37.246Z",
"#metadata": {
"beat": "auditbeat",
"type": "doc",
"version": "6.4.0"
},
"error": {
"message": "failed to set audit PID. An audit process is already running (PID 68504)"
},

},
"host": {
"name": "env-cs-westus-devtest-66-csos-logs-es-master-0"
},
"event": {

}
Also there was an error line like below:

Have anyone faced a similar issue and got a resolution?.
Note: this configuration for auditbeat successfully captures authentication events for Ubuntu
So I posted the same in the Elastic beats forum and got a solution. You can find the same here
As per their suggestion, turning off the auditd service would allow Audit events to be captured by Audibeat. I tried the same and it worked for me. But I am not sure of the implications of turning the auditd off. So I might switch to a Filebeat based solution.
