Google Sheets API limitations - session

Is there any session or query limits for calling google sheet api
url is:
https://spreadsheets.google.com/feeds/list//1/public/values?alt=json

Yes there are limits. They may differ based on weather you are using a free or paid account. They also may change at google's whim. The following links are google pages that should stay uptodate and are most relevant to the question.
Apps Script Quotas:

Is it possible to dynamically query Google APIs to see how much of the limit/quota you've used?

For a given Google API, is there any way to dynamically check usage against any of the current limits for that API?
For example, this page https://developers.google.com/classroom/limits?hl=en shows that I can query the Classrooms API 4,000,000 times per client per day. At midday, without going to the API Console, how could I know that I've already hit 3 million queries?
I'm hoping that there's a billing or usage API that covers this, but can't see it.
Note: I'm not having any issue right now with a specific call, just anticipating that my usage will scale up significantly in the next few months, so am looking for a solution for monitoring rather than advice on not hitting the limits at all. My specific use-case is for Google Classrooms, but reading wider around this I can't see a general solution either.
Answer:
No, dynamically you can't retrieve this information.
Feature Request:
You can however let Google know that this is a feature that is important for the Google Workspace APIs to have, and that you would like to request they implement it.
The page to file a Feature Request for the Google Classroom API is here, as there is no specific component for Google Workspace APIs in general I would suggest filing it here instead.
You can use Google's Cloud Monitoring API to achieve this. This is the documentation page for APIs-

This is the documentation page for concerned metrics-

Is there any API for Google Plus Page Collections and Communities?

I have read Google developers documents and have not yet find any API which is used to get Google Plus Pages Collections and Communities posts. Are the APIs available currently?
There is currently no API for Google+ Pages or Communities. The Google+ API is currently only for access to users data and is also sadly read-only.

Google Maps API token/authentication

Google Maps API provides an Autocomplition service.
According to this blog post (official?) this service is limited only by adding "powered by Google" logo.
When I'm using js library (http://maps.google.com/maps/api/js?sensor=false&libraries=places) I'm not sending any Key information. But in a sniffer I can see some token GET parameter, which seems is generated by library.
Which one limitation information is correct?
How Google can track without Key (in case it is limited by requests per day)?
Is that possible to retrieve autosuggestion by js (from google.maps.places.Autocomplete), but then using reference (without storing) on backend and loading place details (similar to getPlace() functionality of an Autocomplete object)? If this not limited, how to generate token?
Google Places API Web Service
The Google Places API Web Service enforces a default limit of 1 000
requests per 24 hour period, which you can increase free of charge. If
your app exceeds the limit, the app will start failing. Verify your
identity to get up to 150 000 requests per 24 hour period, by enabling
billing on the Google Developers Console.
Now check at the very top of that page
Note: These limits do not apply to the Places Library in the Google
Maps JavaScript API, which is covered by the Google Maps JavaScript
API limits. If you are developing a web based application that only
needs to search for places, and does not submit new places, you should
use the Places Library of the Google Maps Javascript API rather than
the Google Places API Web Service. The Places library assigns a quota
to each end user rather than to each key. This means that your
available quota increases with your user base rather than being capped
at a fixed amount.
they are probably using ip address to identify different users.

Monitoring Stormpath Api Calls

I have used googles youtube api in the past which offers an easy way to check how many api calls you have made in a set period e.g one month and i was wondering if stormpath provide any similar service. I can't seem to find it in my account settings?
Stormpath doesn't currently expose this information publicly -- this is something we are working on and will release in the future =)
If you need detailed API reports, you can email us: support#stormpath.com, and we can send you your usage stats.

Google Contacts Tasks Calendar API Cost

I know the Google Maps API charges sites that use the Maps API heavily.
I can't find similar information on charges for Tasks, Calendars, and Contacts. Are there such limits or are these totally free? Can anyone point me to a place this is explicitly stated?
Those are APIs associated with Google Apps.
There are no costs for these APIs.
To confirm this, go to your API Console (https://code.google.com/apis/console/) then click on Services.
If the service (API) has a "Pricing" link, then it does have it's own pricing schema. If not you are limited to the Courtesy limit indicated.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
