custom TransactionManger set is not working for spring batch

I am very new to spring boot and batch.
we are trying integrate spring batch into our existing spring boot REST application to add capabilities to persist data from csv files into oracle database.
I tried to configure datasource and transactionManager in my BatchConfiguration file by extending BatchConfigurer as shown below. I am calling a service method to persist data to DB in IteamProcessor. but the job is failing with below exception. Can you please help me to troubleshoot this issue and guide me in ow to set the existing datasource and Transaction Manager in spring batch?

SpringBoot and JPA Testing

After a few days on trying to figure out my problem, I am thoroughly confused. Here is what I am doing. I am running a Spring Boot project using JPA. I have gotten the JDBCTemplate solution working for one table in a PostgreSQL database. I have tested it with no problem. Now I moved to the major portion of the project with six tables. I chose JPA as there is mostly CRUD operations.
When I build and test using SpringBoot, I am getting the below two errors for my AcceptanceCriteriaTest. I see Spring cannot initialize the Abstract which leads to believer I do not have my annotations right. The other error is I ca not find my Persistence Unit identified.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

In my understanding the #EnableTransactionManagment-annotation searches for a transaction-manager bean, finds it but is not able to find the entity manager that is set by code:

I found the problem, I had an outdated dependency in pom.xml defined:

When I run this code in Spring MVC, I am getting an exception that <I>Cannot perform exception translation</I>
Please suggest me, what I am missing.
Is my understating of adding <I>PersistenceExceptionTranslationPostProcessor</I>
will not solve?
Is there any pointer for configuration of eclipselink in java with spring jpa ?
