I would like to put a domain in my free heroku app, because I don't have a international credit card (I would like to pay, if it is possible with debit card, if it is how can I pay with a debit card?). The domain is a Brazilian domain, and I would like to know if is possible with a free account, and how can I do this?
Thanks very much!
Yes, you can have custom domain names for free apps as well, checkout: https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/custom-domains
Domains can be added to both free and paid Heroku apps and adding
domains does not incur extra charges. For verification purposes, you
must verify your Heroku account to add domains to apps.
As for payments, as long as it's a Visa/Master Card (or such) debit card, you can simply put those details in the billing section and it'll work fine. I've been using such a card to pay for heroku services for quite some time now.

I would like to signup for a free trial of google DialogFlow cx service, but their are different links on their website that made me confused?
I created a project on my google account. How can I start a free trial of DialogFlow cx service?
Is their a specific link or is it activated automatically once I add the service to the project?
The free trial of Dialogflow CX will start automatically upon using it for the first time and will expire after 12 months. You will receive a $600 credit for the duration of the trial.
You can take a look at the documentation if you want more info here:

I m a new android app developer, I m still trying out different google cloud APIs.Google provides free quota for cloud storage n datastore, but why do they force us to ENABLE BILLING for FREE quota for cloud storage? Why do I have to have an account with which I will never pay, since I m just trying the APIs with free quota. I dont have any International Debit/Credit card, its not easy to get one here, how do I try cloud storage ( create/edit,delete bucket/object)?
Is there any public bucket or object that I can try for testing app?
Credit/Debit cards are used for the purpose of verification , they donot want to encourage users to randomly create accounts like how its possible in case of Gmail service(since cloud platform services costs more) .There is no other way out , one gotto register with their debit/credit cards to get access , its the same in case of Amazon AWS services too .

I'm hosting my e-mail domain on google.
I've registered in google play (paid 25$ fee), using one of the e-mails.
Unfortunately, I've accidentally removed this e-mail account.
After restoring and loging to google play, it tells me, that I'm not registered as developer and have to pay 25$ fee again.
I used this form to contact google with no luck (2 days passed). Probably, google just ignored the e-mail, because I do not know "Checkout order number for Developer Account Registration". It was in deleted e-mail account.
What should I do?
I've managed to restore my account.
After 4 days, google support answered my e-mail. I told them my order number, so they just sent back 25$ and I registered account again (fortunately, I didn't have any published app in account)

Just like the question says. I have deployed a site to AppHarbor, and then I updated the DNS A record for a domain name to point at the IP given on the 'Hostnames' page. The DNS hasn't updated properly yet so can't see if it's worked.
Has anyone else done this and had it work?
It will work with a free account until the 1st of March (although I am not sure if you can add them now). Then you will have to have payment information as it will cost $10 a month.
Another option is to somehow forward the web request to the *.apphb.com address.
I have some free (Canoe) applications there and the DNS worked fine for the hostnames. Although I am not at the point to really need them enough to pay for them, so I removed them and haven't tried re-adding a hostname to see if it will require payment information.

Hi I want to develop my own hosting site but i do not know how should i get hosting names ??
How these hosting companies get these domain names ????
Here's the ICANN Accreditation Overview.
Some notes I got from another website (disclaimer: may be out of date)
You need a $500,000 liability policy
(around $5k USD per annum)
$70,000 liquid funds
$2,500 application fee
$4,000 annual accreditation fee
An alternative and cheaper route is finding a reseller, but you will have to pass some serious volume to make any meaningful amount of money.
Find a better niche.
Domain names must be purchased from a domain name registrar. Hosting companies are often resellers for registrars.
Many hosting companies and registrars offer easy-to-use reseller or affiliate programs - they will typically include lots of information on their website. This is by far the best way to get into selling hosting and domain names, as they will take care of the technical side of things. If you have a unique way of selling hosting, this can be quite profitable, but beware of trying to sell online, as this market is extremely crowded and competative already.
Not sure I understand what you're asking, but if you mean to say that you want to start a business hosting other folks's web sites, then you let your customers worry about getting their own domain names. It is nevertheless possible for you to become a domain-name registrar and add that to your business model.
Although I have to say that this is not a typical Stackoverflow question (supposed to be programming questions here). I think this question fits better on ServerFault, and would probably get better answers. You should make the question clearer, though.
