I am facing trouble to call or fetch third party API for wit.ai.
How can i make AJAX call to fetch "weather" information and bind it to converse method.

so in NodeJs you can use callbacks or Promises to chain you're petitions.
Wit.ai has actions defined by yourself, each time Wit.ai send a messages, it calls the send action, but if you defined an action in your story, then all processes should be done inside that specific action (because it is execute before send action)
In the image above you can see my action named getFullName, inside there I chain promises to query the user name and then build the fullNameGreeting to insert in my context.

I am exploring Remix.run and I have a scenario where I need to execute multiple api calls initially.
Let's say a product list route with a dropdown, I need to load the products then the dropdown values from external APIs. Do I make both API calls in loader?
If the API endpoint for the dropdown values relies on having a product selected you can just make the call in the selection event handler (client side).
If you want to make the call on the server side then it would make sense to use a useFetcher, then on the selection handler call .submit() passing the arguments as well as the action (if you want to use a Resource Route you need to pass its path, otherwise it will default to the component's closest route action) and method (defaults to POST) to use. Then retrieve the values in the component from .data when they come back from the endpoint.
In case both API calls are unrelated (a.k.a not having to select a product to feed the dropdown) then you might as well call both endpoints from the loader.
In any case, just make sure to fetch your data as soon as you have all the necessary data to do it (if that's on the loader step, do it then, if that's on an event handler, do it there).

I'm currently developing an app in Laravel. While trying to adhere to REST API guidelines I've come across a scenario that I'm not sure how to handle RESTfully.
I have a Lease resource that handles multiple actions:

So far these are a 1:1 between the URI and the controller actions. Now I have additional operations that I need to perform on a Lease and this is where I'm not sure what the best way to handle this is.
1) A Lease can be renewed (clone existing lease with new start and end dates).
2) A Lease can be ended (status changed to Inactive, end date updated).
When I think about doing this RESTfully I look at these two additional operations as a post and a patch to existing endpoints (both would map to the store and update method on the controller and could use the existing URIs.
Should I continue to think about it that way and map them both to existing endpoints? My concern with that is how would I handle different responses? For example if after a renew operation completes I want to pass a message saying "This lease has been successfully renewed.", how would I differentiate between a renew operation and a regular store operation since they both hit the same end point?
Or should I create two new URI's, something like:

And control logic in two separate functions even though it would be somewhat redundant since they really are just additional stores and updates?
It looks like you are trying to fit a RPC style API into a RESTful style API, which is possible, but can be confusing. You could do like you were saying with using the PATCH method, but now you have an overloaded method that should only do a partial update, but now it might execute an action on the resource. That would be confusing.
One way I've seen this done is by using what is called a verb (not to be confused by the "HTTP Verb") in the URI. This is essentially what you were stating as your last option in the question.

The underscore is there to signify that this is not a resource, but rather an execution call.
Another option would be to separate your REST API from your RPC API. You could use the traditional SOAP web service or go with the new gRPC, by Google.
I have an action as follows:

While the above works with no problems, just wondering, if it is valid according to flux pattern/standard or is there a better way.
Also, I guess calling Actions from Stores are a bad idea. Correct me if I am wrong.
Yes, calling an Action within another Action is a bad practice. Actions should be atomic; all changes in the Stores should be in response to a single action. They should describe one thing that happened in the real world: the user clicked on a button, the server responded with data, the screen refreshed, etc.
Most people get confused by Actions when they are thinking about them as imperative instructions (first do A, then do B) instead of descriptions of what happened and the starting point for reactive processes.
This is why I recommend to people that they name their Action types in the past tense: BUTTON_CLICKED. This reminds the programmer of the fundamentally externally-driven, descriptive nature of Actions.
Actions are like a newspaper that gets delivered to all the stores, describing what happened.
Calling Actions from Stores is almost always the wrong thing to do. I can only think of one exception: when the Store responds to the first Action by starting up an asynchronous process. When the async process completes, you want to fire off a second Action. This is the case with a XHR call to the server. But the better way is to put the XHR handling code into a Utils module. The store can then respond to the first Action by calling a method in the Utils module, and then the Utils module has the code to call the second Action when the server response comes back.
I'm writing a library that can interact with a socket server that transmits data as events to certain actions my library sends it.
I created an Actions module that formats the actions so that the server can read it. It also generates an action_id, because the events parser can identify it with the action that sent it. There are more than one event per action possible.
While I'm sending my action to the server, the event parser is still getting data from the server, so they work independent from each other (but then again they do work together: events response aggregator triggers the action callback).
In my model, I want to get a list of some resource from the server. The server sends its data one line at a time, but that's being handled by the events aggregator, so don't worry about that.
Okay, my problem:
In my model I am requesting the resources, but since the events are being parsed in another thread, I need to do a "infinite" loop that checks if the list is filled, and then break out to return it to the consumer of the model (e.g. my controller).
Is there another (better) way of doing this or am I on the right track? I would love your thoughts :)

It depends on the implementation. In the code you provide you're not showing how actually the request and responses are processed.
If you know exactly the number of responses you're supposed to receive, in each one you could check if all are completed, then execute an specific action. e.g.

def response_receiver data

if #response_list.size == #expected_size
# Execute some action
end

I have an object that is updated from a polling loop on a thread. This object fires particular events when data changes, etc.
I'm trying to use this object in conjunction with a windows form, where I create event handlers on the form to update the UI. Of course, this causes cross-thread operation exceptions if I try to manipulate the UI directly in these handlers.
I can get it to work by going through the standard procedure of checking InvokeRequired, using a delegate, blah blah blah. But I want to publish this object as a library, and I don't want end-users to have to worry about all that.
I want my object to somehow take care of synchronizing those event callbacks with the form so that end-users can manipulate the UI elements in those handlers worry-free.
Is there a way to do this??
If your object is always related to a single form, there is a simple trick indeed. The important fact here is, that you instanciate your object from the thread you like to affect the form later.
The trick is to instanciate a simple Control (new Control()) in your object in the constructor. When you perform logic on your form, use the Invoke/BeginInvoke methods on this simple control, to dispatch the action to the correct calling thread. So you have the dispatching logic directly in your object and there is no need for other users of your object to take care about this.
