Rest APIs returning xml in response instead of JSON

I recently started working on one of my Spring boot projects. But the rest apis are returning XML instead of JSON, while it was JSON previously. I cannot understand what went wrong.
I just upgraded from version 2.7.4 to 2.7.7. But I also tried restoring to version 2.7.4, but the result is same.

Spring Boot Heroku very slow deployment

I'm wondering what else I can do to reduce deploying time of Java app in Heroku. Now it take approximately 30min sometimes even longer. I am trying with both .jar and .war archives and both via heroku cli and as a maven plugin. It does not matter what I choose, deploy time remains similar. App is not such heavy, for .jar it is about 70MB, for war 160MB (because for maven plugin it takes all dependencies additionaly).

It turned out my internet provider slows down my connection down to 30kb/s when upload is to big.

Spring Boot DevTools doesn't reaload the application

I am using Eclipse and I added in my pom.xml this dependency:

So in another project the dependency worked well DevTools reloads my application with success but in my new Spring-Boot application I have external libraries like openCV3.2.0 jar and JavaFX.

how to separate library and code

My spring boot application jar is very big size, it is about 58 MB, how to separate library and modified code ? For testing purpose, I send this jar via email to my client, it is very hard for me. Any solution for my problem ?
please guide me

If you exclude libraries here, your client has somehow to add them again.
What about using dropbox, amazon S3 ...
