How many rows inserted into table by create table statement - oracle

Is there a way to count how many rows inserted into table by
Create table tbl1 as select * from tbl2;
statement which performed from PL\SQL function (execute immediate)?
When I'm using SQL%ROWCOUNT the result is 1.

You can try this. As mentioned in my comment you need to do it as followed. Remember that you need again to use Execute immediate else you get an issue that tab1 is undefined.

You can do one thing. You can first create an empty table tbl1 from tbl2. Then insert data using SELECT and then use- SQL%ROWCOUNT.
CREATE TABLE tbl1 AS SELECT * FROM tbl2 WHERE 1=2;
INSERT INTO tbl1 SELECT * FROM tbl2;
DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE ('No. of rows inserted in TBL2 from TBL1 = ' || SQL%ROWCOUNT);

Create backup table concatenated with sysdate before deleting the rows in oracle procedure

I have created a package and defined a procedure to delete specific rows retrieved by the cursor.
Before the rows were deleted from the table, I want to take a backup of those records every time the package is compiled and I need the backup table to be created as tablename concatenated with sysdate.
ex: if table name is emp, backup table should be created as emp_2020_10_16
Below is the sample code I have created:

Oracle : Create Table as Select statement and Select query on created table in Single Stored Procedure

I want Stored Procedure which create Temporary table using Create Table ... Select ... Statement.
And then select the records from same created table.
And finally drop that created table...

I'm not sure why you want scenario like that, and not reccomend to use this code in production. I'm pretty sure in the 99% of the cases, this approach can be written in other way. But you can try the code bellow(Everything in your procedure should use dynamic sql)

Create table if it does not exist, and enter one row after creating

I need to create a table if it does not exist, and when it is created add a single row to it.
I'm new to oracle and PL/SQL so I basically need an equivalent of the following T-SQL:

Another approach is to use exception logic. I changed field names and types according to Oracle rules

but may be it is not a good idea to create tables dynamically
In my opinion, you should not be creating objects on the fly. You should think about your design before implementing it.
Anyway, if you really want to do it this way, then you need to do it programmatically in PL/SQL (ab)using EXECUTE IMMEDIATE.
However, I would prefer the CTAS i.e. create table as select if you want to create a table ta once with a single row. For example,
SQL> CREATE TABLE t AS SELECT 1 id, SYSDATE dt FROM DUAL;
Table created.
SQL> SELECT * FROM t;
ID DT
---------- ---------
1 29-MAY-15
SQL>
The table is created permanently.
If you are looking for a temporary table, which you could use to store session specific data , then look at creating Global temporary table.

You can use NOT EXISTS with select statement:

Dynamically selecting table name using sub-query in from clause

I have a mapping table with source and table name as attributes.
And i have the below query :

I want to retrieve the data of the table_name but this query will return only the table name not the data.
How to do it?
