But i want to change it to TFS after creating it.There must be some option of settings and configuration to modify that setting but could not found it. Can anyone please help me on that. Please note that i've not yet created any visual studio project.

Can't edit the process template in Process Template Manager

I'm using TFS 2013 and Visual Studio 2012 and I'm trying to edit the process template.
On the following page it says: "You must be a member of the Project Collection Administrators group".
Even though my account is in Project Collection Administrators group I cannot download, edit nor upload process template from Visual Studio, as you can see from image below:
Any clues?
I've figured it out. For TFS 2013 in order to be able to edit and upload process template, you have to have Visual Studio 2013 installed. VS2012 isn't going to help you up with this. Here is the source and citation:
To create a team project or manage process templates on an on-premises TFS, you must connect using the same version level of Visual Studio or Team Explorer. That is, to create a team project on TFS 2013, you must connect from Team Explorer 2013.

Team explorer default resolve in VS2013

I am getting annoyed by having to change Resolve to Associate in Team Explorer
Is there a way to set it to Associate by default?
For visual studio 2013 this fixes the issue
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualStudio\12.0\TeamFoundation\SourceControl\Behavior]
"ResolveAsDefaultCheckinAction"="False"
And now available in the settings UI in Visual Studio 2015: https://visualstudio.uservoice.com/forums/330519-team-services/suggestions/3418758-in-the-team-explorer-change-default-state-value-o
Visual Studio 2019
I came here seeking an answer for VS 2019, as apparently the registry 'hack' no longer works.
There is now an setting in Tools -> Options for this, under Source Control -> Visual Studio Team Foundation Server called Resolve associated work items on check-in.
Un-check it to associate by default. Check to resolve by default.

VS 2010 - How to fix in creating Visual Studio 2010 Project Themes folders inside the solution

Whenever I open a file (ex. aspx, ascx) or a solution using VS, it creates the following 3 folders next to a file or a solution.
Visual Studio 2010
Visual Studio 2010Projects
visual studio 2010Templates
Recently, there has been a problem with Windows User Account in our network; the profile issue has been fixed by Network Admin.
I'm wondering how to fix that VS issue. Thanks in advanced.
Open the Tools/Options/Projects and Solutions/General dialog, and make sure the settings are correct for Projects Location, User Projects Template Location, and User Items Template Location.

Adding a project to the TFS server

I have my project already added to the online TFS server of Visual Studio. Now I want to unbind the project from the online TFS server. I have already tried unbinding the Project from the advanced options of Source control.
When I try to add the project to the source control after unbinding, the server name of the TFS remains the online TFS server. How can i change the name of the TFS server?
I have tried most solutions given on SO and internet. But nothing could help me to change the name of the tfs server
You didn’t completely remove TFS Bindings.
There is a tool to remove Source Control Bindings from Visual Studio Solutions and Projects from msdn: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/saveenr/archive/2012/08/11/a-tool-to-remove-source-control-bindings-from-visual-studio-solutions-and-projects.aspx
More ways and more information for you reference: How can I completely remove TFS Bindings
Moreover, If the online TFS mean Visual Studio Team Services(VSonline), to change your server name(server account), please refer this link Change Visual Studio Team Services account owner from MSDN.
