I have a laptop with a legal, OEM, version of Win 10 Pro. I'm trying to figure out if I have to purchase another Win 10 Pro license if I create a VM with Win 10 Pro on that machine. Will it recognize the license in the base OS and allow me to operate the VM version under that license?
This VM is for software testing purposes and would not be shared.
Thanks!

The VM is not going to recognize the License of you're host computer.
But you can use the unlicensed version of Windows 10 for testing.
The Goal of VMs is that they are completely different machines.

I don't have Hyper-V available as one of the choices in Windows Features in Windows 8.1 (not the pro version). Any idea how could I have it?
My computer supports virtualization and virtualization is already enabled.
I have checked this question before but there's no real solution for Windows8.1.
If there's no viable solution, how can I update/upgrade to Windows8.1 pro from Windows8.1 home edition?
Hyper-V is a feature of the Pro/Enterprise Editions of Windows 8/8.1 and not of the Core Edition. You have to buy an upgrade key to go to Pro.

I'd like to install Windows 10 on fresh Computer with Windows 8 installed and legally activated.
Can I upgrade to 10 without having to upgrade to Windows 8.1 beforehand (downloading 3.5Go for 8.1 is an issue) and still benefit from the one year free activation?
windows 10 is only available for windows 8.1 and windows 7 systems.
you will need to upgrade to 8.1 first.

I have a Macbook with 2GM Ram. I want to do development on Microsoft Dynamics. Is it possible as I will be running Virtual Machine/VMware?
Thanks
If you are looking to run a full Dynamics CRM installation (Windows Server 2008, Dynamics CRM, & SQL Server) on a virtual machine I would suggest no less than 4GB of memory assigned to the virtual machine alone to make it useable.
I don't believe a machine with only 2GB of total memory will suffice.

Can you show me install VPS Windows on this Server ?
Thanks.
I don't think Windows VPS can run on Cent OS.
However, we're successful running CENT OS on Hyper-V Virtualized VPS.

I already run NAV 2011 in my Windows 7 machine. Do I need to install it on the virtual XP machine too?
Yep you will need to install it on your virtual machine as you won't get protection from the windows 7 A/V instance.
Hope this helps
