ZOHO CRM - How to find and merge all the duplicate records in bulk? - zoho

I am working in Zoho Crm. I have many duplicates records in Account. Is it possible to find and merge all the duplicate records at once.
Thanks.

As far my knowledge for now, Currently there is not any possible way by which it can be possible to merge all the duplicate records in bulk in ZOHO CRM.
The only way to merge it one by one by click on find and merge. but not in bulk.
you have to get it done manually. All the best

How to create and run bulk delete sequentially

I'm using power apps in dynamics 365. I have a few conditions to delete records in multiple DATAVERSE tables. I know that I can achieve this by using bulk delete option in dynamics 365 but the important thing is that I should have to initiate bulk delete sequentially, like if I had 2 tables table A and B. Here I should have to delete table B first and then I can go for table A.
How Can I achieve this? help me to get suggested ways to do this.

Spring batch to read CSV and update data in bulk to MySQL

I've below requirement to write a spring batch. I would like to know the best approach to achieve it.
Input: A relatively large file with report data (for today)
Processing:
1. Update Daily table and monthly table based on the report data for today
Daily table - Just update the counts based on ID
Monthly table: Add today's count to the existing value
My concerns are:
1. since data is huge I may end up having multiple DB transactions. How can I do this operation in bulk?
2. To add to the existing counts of the monthly table, I must have the existing counts with me. I may have to maintain a map beforehand. But is this a good way to process in this way?
Please suggest the approach I should follow or any example if there is any?
Thanks.
You can design a chunk-oriented step to first insert the daily data from the file to the table. When this step is finished, you can use a step execution listener and in the afterStep method, you will have a handle to the step execution where you can get the write count with StepExecution#getWriteCount. You can write this count to the monthly table.

With a chunk oriented step, data is already written in bulk (one transaction per chunk). This model works very well even if your input file is huge.

No need to store the info in a map, you can get the write count from the step execution after the step as explained above.
Hope this helps.

Can I delete entries from POA table in Dynamics CRM 365 on-prem?

We are using D365 on-prem, in our business process we are supposed to log 4000 cases and around 2000 contacts in CRM. Along with this, the entries in POA table are keep growing and they are now around 17 millions. Now from last 3 to 4 days we are facing slow CRM response in browser as well as in Unified Service Desk (USD).
Any idea how can I increase the performance in such environment?
You can cleanup the POA table for orphaned records. Based on your security need you might have designed the concepts of ownership/assignment/sharing which leads to POA table growth.

Next thing is running SQL profiler & finding the missing index. Adding this index will definitely improve the search performance. Don’t forget that over-indexing will impact the create/update operations.

How to retrive more than 5000 record from CRM using kingswaysoft for SSIS packages?

I am trying to migrate data between two CRM databases(dynamics 365) but when in kingswasoft there is limit of 5000 record per batch. can anyone please suggest an approach wherein I can send n number of records?
We will page through all records in the source entity. The Batch Size setting on the CRM Source component is just used to specify how many records you want to retrieve per service call, not the total number you will get from the source entity. Hope this clarifies things a bit more.

Informatica Data Quality - Match Analysis

In our Duplicate analysis requirement the input data has 1418 records out of which 1380 records are duplicate records.
On using the Match Analysis (used Key Generator, Matcher, Associator, Consolidator) in IDQ integrated with PowerCenter except for 8 records all duplicates were eliminated.
On executing the workflow by excluding these records, duplicates appear in other records for which duplicate didnt occur in the previous run.
Can anyone tell why this mismatch occurs?
Looks like your Consolidator transformation is not getting correct association ids and hence inserting multiple records resulting in duplicates.
please try the below steps:
1) Try to create a workflow in IDQ itself by deploying the mapping which you developed in IDQ.
2) Also keep a check on the business keys of the records which make a primary key through which you are identifying the dups in source.
