Drag and drop between two lists using NativeScript - nativescript

We have two list of items, items are presented as card. We want to provide drag and drop functionality between two list where user can drag item from one list and drop it into another list.
for example Trello allows user drop card from one list to another.
any help on how this can be achieved in NativeScript/Angular is highly appreciated

WCAG - should a table (row) with dynamically populated data be included in the tab order?

For an app a table, that is dynamically populated with data, is important.
How should I do the tab order for tables of data? I searched for guidelines, but could not find a good one so far.
Possibilities I see are:
Only include the table itsef using a 'tabindex=0' attribute in the 'table' tag.
Include the table rows in the tab order with a 'tabindex=0' attribute in the 'tr' tag.
I guess using the arrow keys will allow for detail navigation.
What do you advice?
The table itself and the rows themselves are generally not keyboard focusable because they're not interactive elements. If the row was selectable or expandable, then maybe it could be focusable but it's usually an element in the table row (or more accurately, an element in a the table cell) that is selectable or expandable.
Without more details on the behavior you're trying to achieve, it's hard to give exact advice, but my initial thought is that none of the table elements proper (<table>, <tr>, <td>) should be focusable.
Regarding arrow keys for navigation, that's the pattern for a grid, which is a type of table that has editable cells (similar to a spreadsheet). Again, I don't have enough info on your situation to know if a grid is what you're trying to create.
For screen reader users, they already have a way to navigate to the table and navigate within the table using the screen reader shortcut keys, so don't worry about trying to make things focusable for screen reader users.
Lately I heard another suggestion from an expert.
Generally speaking, all interactive elements should be included in the tab index, such as buttons, form fields and links. If the entire table row can be clicked, this should be in the tab flow by means of a tab index 0.

When a room is selected how to make it no longer appear on the list?

I use google appMaker for a short time.
I have a dropdown of several rooms and when a room is selected, I want it to no longer appear in this list.
Where do I need to set the code?
Thank you.
You may try using a calculated model containing the values used in the dropdown (by binding them as presented in the documentation), and as the user selects them, you can delete the selected from the datasource.

User Interface. Multiple select with priority

I'm designing user interface and want to ask your advises how to make it more user-friendly. Please tell any suggestions and if you have ever seen implementation of something familiar please share the link.
University. There are 40+ specialities grouped into 5 faculties. User choose several he is interested in and than orders them by priority.
For example I am interested in "programming microcontrollers", "system analysis" and "experimental physic". I must find them quickly in "programming faculty", select them and then order - what I prefer most and what I prefer less then others I select.
Any ideas welcome :)
Checkboxes and radio buttons would be appropriate for this, for both websites and desktop applications.
In my case I'd use the faculty names as headers and then add the according specialities below them, prefixed by checkboxes and radio button next to each speciality, allowing the user to set the priority.
A picture is worth a thousand words:

I would go for the "List builder" design pattern.
The list builder contains two lists. On the left side you have the source list (ie. the complete list of faculties/specialties), and on the right side you have the source list (the items chosen by the user in prioritized order).
Between the lists you have two buttons. "Add" (arrow to the right) and "Remove" (arrow to the left), wich adds and removes items to the destination list.
In addition you put two buttons along with the destination list. These are used for rearranging the destination list.
Eg. "Move up" and "Move down" for moving the selected item up and down.

InfoPath 2007 - Populate drop-down list on-the-fly

I'm working on an InfoPath 2007 form. I have two drop-down lists and i need the second to be populated with items bases on the value chosen in the first list. I use c# to populate the drop-dpwn lists from external sources. I've tried to use the OnChange event to make all this, but the second list is still empty.
If anyone knows, please tell me.
You can filter the entries for the second drop-down list based on your first list (but only if the entries are based on a data source, not manually entered).
Bring up the properties window for
your second drop-down list.
Select your data source.
Click on the button to the right of the Entries text box.
Select the repeating node you wish to use for the basis of your list entry.
Click the Filter Data button. From here you can enter a filter to limit the entries displayed based on the value of your first drop-down list.
Your question was a bit ambiguous. You may be trying to populate a secondary data source based off of your first drop-down list. This should work fine with an OnChange event. Can you post the code you are using to do this?
Some additional tips that may help:
The change event will not fire until focus moves off of the list box. So, for the second drop down to populate, you will need to set the first drop-down then hit tab or click elsewhere in the form.
I don't know the size or nature of the data source you are using for the second drop-down list, but you may consider downloading the entire data source and filter it using the method I described above. This may be a better solution as you won't need to make a database query between entering the first list box and the second one.

MS Expression Blend: Sketchflow - Populating a sub datagrid with data upon selecting a specific row of a master datagrid?

I've recently started using Expression Sketchflow to prototype some user interface designs. I currently have a master datagrid at the top of the page, which I would like to allow the user when selecting a particular grid row to see a sub-datagrid below be populated with specific data relevant to that specific row of master data.
Could anyone shed some light on the subject!?
Help greatly appreciated.
I figured out how to do this by reading this article:
Expression Blend 3 – secrets of working with data.
Here's the basic steps (you already did a couple it sounds like)
Create your sample data set
Under the Data tab select the List Mode and drag your collection onto the screen, a list view of your data will be created (Master datagrid)
Now, select the Details Mode and drag and drop your collection onto the screen where you want the details to be displayed. (sub datagrid)
Tweak the fields displayed by dragging properties into the respective containers or modifying the XAML / Bindings list
If you have a child collection in your data, you may have to jump through a few more hoops.
