Spring Boot 1.5.9 and embedded jetty server throwing a null pointer exception at runtime? - spring-boot

I'm updating our springboot app to 1.5.9 and I'm encountering the following runtime (nullpointer) exception with embedded the jetty server:

It worked fine with spring boot 1.4.0, so the issue is definitely related to upgrading to 1.5.9?

This is working fine for me , can you delete your cache(.m2 folder) try to build the project again might be cache issue

Getting a signing page when visiting localhost 8080

I am trying to create a simple web app using spring boot in eclipse. I have created a new spring starter project and run it in eclipse.it works very well.
but when I go to the localhost 8080 pages, I am getting a sign-in page.
I have no security dependencies in my pom.xml
even if I tried to go to localhost without running my app same problem

How to configure JWT authentication in springboot 2.2.7? Unable to extend WebSecurityConfigurerAdaptor

WebSecurityConfigurerAdapter is not available in Spring Boot 2.2.7 . I get WebSecurityEnablerConfiguration but could not find an example on how to work with this. I need to override the configure method which is available in WebSecurityConfigurerAdapter. How to get this class or is there any workaround?

Spring Suite Tool "cannot be resolved to a type" error in Lombok

I have a problem about importing any Lombok feature in my spring boot app.
Although, I updated my maven project, It throws "cannot be resolved to a type" error.

Here is my answer.
If you're using spring boot version upper 2.2.4.RELEASE, Lombok cannot be perceived.
I hope this situation will be fixed upper this version.

The integration starter only pulls in the spring-integration-core jar; otherwise you would have many unnecessary jars on your classpath, slowing your application startup.
The mail starter does not know anything about spring integration; it is for when you want to use mail without spring integration
You need to add other integration modules manually:
