DialogFlow app does not get deployed in Heroku - heroku

I have no experience whatsoever with using dialog flow so I'm trying to follow this youtube tutorial
to make a bot. Now, the bot works well when I tested it on the DialogFlow console, but it doesn't get deployed on Heroku. Whenever I try to open the url where the app's supposed to be deployed in, I keep on getting "Internal server error" (this used to be {"speech":"","displayText":"","source":"webhook"} before I applied this). It says "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)" in the console.
I tried following the docs here but I used Heroku instead of Google Platform and I'm not sure if I'm doing things right.
This is the current build log I got from the latest build:

Please help me fix this error. I've posted the code here.
additionally, i've tried deploying the app on localhost and i keep getting this error:

The problem is that the directions at https://dialogflow.com/docs/getting-started/basic-fulfillment-conversation assume you're using Google's Cloud Functions (GCF). GCF makes it simple to deploy node.js functions without some boilerplate code required to attach those functions to an HTTP endpoint.
Heroku, however, needs to have those endpoints explicitly setup. GCF expects an express-like environment, which is one that Heroku also supports. Based on the barebones Heroku example at https://github.com/heroku/node-js-getting-started/blob/master/index.js, you might need to add lines such as this (which I haven't tested) to invoke your makeSandwich function:
const express = require('express')
const PORT = process.env.PORT || 5000
express()
.use(express.static(path.join(__dirname, 'public')))
.get('/', (req, res) => exports.makeSandwich( req, res ))
.listen(PORT, () => console.log(`Listening on ${ PORT }`));
You'll also need to adjust your package.json to make sure it includes the express package.

Nuxtjs - Nuxt/Image module having issues on deployment

Im building a static page in nuxtjs. I added the module nuxt/image and set it up according to the instructions in the documentation. (static with self hosted images)

When i run npm run dev the project compiles but then the development server exists without any errors.
When I deploy it to the server through github actions the action breaks and exits on nuxt generate with the exit code: /home/githubaction/actions-runner/workspace/_temp/eb47b4c6-6c0d-42cc-[9](https://github.com/xxxxxx/xxxxx/runs/6722739489?check_suite_focus=true#step:9:10)019-dca85b061dda.sh: line 1: 17085 Segmentation fault npm run generate Error: Process completed with exit code 139.
Any idea why is that?
Update
I downgraded from version 0.6.2 to 0.6.0 and this seems to resolve the issue.

Cannot upgrade or otherwise change tex-live installation on Heroku

Pushes of updates to my app to Heroku are now rejected because of a tex-live incompatibility. See the error message below.

I have tried the following:
Add a file texlive.repository with contents ftp://tug.org/historic/systems/texlive/2018/tlnet-final. This does not work because the texlive repository lacks a required cryptographic certificate.
Delete the texlive buildpack and start over. Below is my buildpack config. However, when I try to remove it, I get this message:

Snady, ignite-2.5.0 is on vote now and may be released in several days. I think it make sense to use this version.
Requirements: NodeJS 8.x & MongoDB 3.4.x. // Make sure you have this.
So, I downloaded sources and do the following:
In first terminal:
cd {apache-ignite-2.5.0}/modules/web-console/backend
npm install --no-optional
npm start
In second terminal:
cd {apache-ignite-2.5.0}/modules/web-console/frontend
npm install --no-optional
npm start
In browser do: http://localhost:9000/

Will Ignite Web Console in Docker works for your case?

Deploy meteor/meteorite 0.8.3 to heroku

I just updated my app to meteor 0.8.3. Locally it runs without problems. But when I try to push it to heroku, I'll get the following error:

For deployment, I used the buildpack of oortcloud. This worked proper in the past. https://github.com/oortcloud/heroku-buildpack-meteorite
I'm most confused by the earlier log entries before the error happens. Here it says that Meteor 0.8.1.1 is being installed. A couple of lines after that it confirms that Meteor 0.8.3 has been installed. I'm pretty sure that this is the same issue like this. https://github.com/EventedMind/iron-dynamic-template/issues/2

Meteor 0.8.3 has been installed in your home directory (~/.meteor).
Now you need to do one of the following:
(1) Add ~/.meteor to your path, or
(2) Run this command as root:
cp ~/.meteor/tools/latest/launch-meteor /usr/bin/meteor
Then to get started, take a look at 'meteor --help' or see the docs at
docs.meteor.com.
I also tried to create a new meteorite app to get rid of dangling dependencies. But without success!
What can I do? Is there a chance to debug the push/deploy on the heroku server?
The outdated file .meteor/release caused the problem:
git heroku push master fetches the files to deploy from the origin git repository. It doesn't care about local, unstaged files. Somehow the file .meteor/release has not been pushed to the origin repository. So during the installation routine at heroku the meteor version was 0.8.1.1 and not 0.8.3.
Solution to avoid this problem:
Check/Add the files .meteor/release and .meteor/packages to your origin git repo
Test only what's in your origin repo before you deploy it. Use git pull

Heroku process not starting after deploying it

I'm pretty new to Heroku and I tried three times to deploy my code on it without success. I'm following this tutorial and I get stuck when it asks me to do heroku ps:scale web=1 on which I receive Scaling web processes... ! Resource not found. This sounds not really correct. All the previous steps seems working correctly. Here is the logs of the command git push heroku master:
