Bot Icon Not Updating

I've updated the icon for my bot in the Azure portal about 35 hours ago, but it's still showing the old one for new messages sent from the bot. Surely it should have changed by now? Is there any issue with this currently?
It's correct in the Azure portal in the "Test in Web Chat", but Teams is still showing the old icon, even for new messages.
Update:
It's been a few days now, and the image finally changed, but now it's totally corrupted. Is there a way to see what's wrong with my PNG? Is there an issue with the bot framework/Teams of some sort? See images below:
Error:
Original Icon (I don't know if SO changes the file in any way, but presumably not)
Update: I've now modified my bot in the Azure portal to use the exact same icon as another bot which is working fine, and it's still broken, so I'm thinking there is an issue with the bot framework/Teams in some way at the moment.
What I've encountered from experience is that when updating the bot's info in "Bot App Registration" such as icon and display name.
You can either wait a couple days and see if it fixes itself.
I've consistently been able to get it to update sooner by logging in and out of Teams as well as closing it.
I have a feeling that it's related to the cache since Teams is built with Electron. Some other post mentioned this and there's no "official" surefire way to do this. Playing with the manifest also does not seem to affect it to update sooner.
TL;DR
Log in and out of Teams, close it. If using web version, clear the cache. Log back in.
Good luck!
Try reinstalling the application on Teams, sometimes it takes time.

Page stops loading before all image/files are done

I recently got a new Windows 2016 machine and Lucee (ColdFusion). Transferring all my clients e-Commerce sites from Windows 2008 CF9. I am having an issue with all images downloading to the browser. The images are a bit to large, client not following directions, BUT this was not an issue with the old machine. If you go to https://shop.bosombuddybags.com/p824/HBB-Custom-Monogram.htm for the first time many of the option images do not load/transfer but the page has stop loading. They are all there, refresh a few times and they appear use CNTRL F5 and they disappear again randomly. I have spent 2 days looking through Google searches, and getting no where. Any suggestions are welcome as this clients had over 1200 options uploaded and having them redo them to make proper thumbs is not an option. I figure it has to be a Lucee or Windows 2016 setting that I am missing. As the page stops loading and never loads what ever images were not completed.
Here are the recommendations:
You have got about 3 or 4 images that are just enormous. Get those down to size.
Try turning data compression on IIS for static content.
Try doing some inline images
Try eliminating some images. Both Font-Awesome and Glyphicons have Facebook and Twitter. You can use them.
Otherwise this is a really show page.

Jwplayer not running in Firefox

This problem has been covered many times but none of suggested solutions worked for me so I decided to post this question again with a link to my site.
Please, check a sample webpage: http://miejska.tv/sinfonia-varsovia-zamienia-noc-w-dzien,wywiady,65.html
In chrome everything works 100%, all the time. The JWplayer shows up on the page, files are loaded and played correctly. In Firefox 90% of the time the JWPlayer shows up in half with an error message "error loading player. no playable sources found". Similar situation is with IE. Though problem occurs less often and after page refresh everything works ok.
I have updated the browsers and played with their settings, including change of safe mode of flash in Firefox. In vein.
Maybe there is some other code on the page that causes conflicts with JWPlayer. Maybe the problem lies somewhere else.
Please, have a look and help. Otherwise I'll have to switch to other player as Firefox in my country shares 50% of the market yet.

Chrome pending on images, javascript streamlining?

There has been very little changed to this page since it just recently stopped loading properly on Chrome.
If you click the link three times things usually load up fine. I've looked through the developer tools and can see that it's hanging up on the js the first load. The second load has pending on most/all of the .jpgs, and then finally another click/load works.
I know it's a heavy site, but the other pages are fine, in terms of actually loading and not just going idle, and this loads well enough in Firefox. I don't think this site is even the largest of the pages in terms of images and video.
I've gone through others solutions to this problem by changing the "https" and renaming files incase an adblocker was causing it, but nothing seems to work.
Any idea of what in the page is causing the issue?

Website Images That Are Cached In Chrome Disappear On Page Refresh

I'm having a strange issue with Chrome.
I'm working on development with a very image heavy website. If I reload a page over and over again, eventually half the images or more will just disappear. (they don't seem to be broken, just not visible).
If I clear my local cache in Chrome and refresh the page, the images return.
Any idea what may be causing this and how to possibly fix?
edit: just to note, it's not just me. Others hav reported the same issue on the website I'm working on. Always Chrome.
Images, which contains "content-length" header randomly disapper, removing this at the server side solves this bug...
(chrome dev team has this issue in "open" state in their bug tracing system)
I've been getting this recently too. I generally use the latest dev channel for Chrome and assumed it was related to that, but even when launching the regular version of Chrome I get the same issue. I've only noticed it for the past 2-3 months though. Hard-refresh does the job, but it's a really odd bug.
