Error message: impossible to buy the item - google-play

I'm working on an app that has inapp purchase.
When I'm in test mode, I can "buy" the item and everything works fine. But when I use a real account to test the purchase in real mode, then I have this error message: "unable to buy the item". I don't understand why this is happening...
I'm really stuck and need some help. Thanks

Sign out of the current gmail account associated with the current play store. Then Clear play stores app data. after that, Reset your phone. restore factory data. Remember to unroot ur device before resetting as the root program will return everything back to how it was. Making the reset pointless. also backup ur data. Then reset factory data. After that. Sign in with a totally New gmail account. And download the apps and make your purchases. Then root ur phone again if you please. I'm going to try this and see if it works.

How to remove someone else play store console access from my account?

I have my own play store account.
Our client shared their account on my email id to publish their application on their account.
but after sometime client is not available or we are not working anymore with them and we are not in touch with them too. So now we don't need access to their play store console.
For that, I don't find any option to remove access of play store console from my end.
Do you guys have any solution on this?
(I don't remember their email id and we are not in touch with those client anymore)
I don't think this is possible right now, but I will feed this through as a feature request to the relevant people.

Can not create new application

I am unable to create a new application in the Square Developer portal. It just says that an error has occurred but there isn't any indication of what the error is or how to correct it.
Finally found out what to do. When setting up my developer account it seems that Square does not differentiate between a developer who wants to make their code work and a customer who wants to use their services. Once I had linked my bank account to the merchant account I was able to create the application.
But... I don't want a merchant account, I'm just developing the code.

Does an app need to be public for Marketing API use only

I am a developer and to use the marketing API I must have an app. I have this app and it is currently in development mode. Is it necessary to make this app public?
My initial thinking was 'no' and I have been successfully using the API via this app for a while now and have not experienced any limitations until recently. When trying to change the status of an Ad to active I got an error message that suggests the problem could be due to the app being in development mode.
FWIW I am able to successfully change Ad status to paused most of the time, however, more often when I try to activate an Ad, it fails, although it does succeed sometimes. As such, I believe I am using the API correctly. It seems to be more of an Ad state issue, or, perhaps an app state issue. Most of the time the error messages I receive from the API are not helpful. I did get one today that suggests the possibility that my app needs to be public.
Here is the error just in case it helps:
[{"code":400,"body":"{\"error\":{\"message\":\"Invalid parameter\",\"type\":\"OAuthException\",\"code\":100,\"error_data\":{\"blame_field\":\"targeting invalid fbid 141898914497\"},\"error_subcode\":1487133,\"is_transient\":false,\"error_user_title\":\"Can't Set Exclusion Targeting\",\"error_user_msg\":\"You may not be able to select a connection to exclude in your targeting because you're not an admin of this Page or app, or because the app is in developer mode, or the event is in the past. If you want to run your ad with exclusion targeting, please request admin access from the owner of the Page or app or move your app out of developer mode to link it to the ad. If you want to select an event for exclusion targeting, please make sure the event end time is in the future.\",\"fbtrace_id\":\"Dqzily7dOQa\"}}"}]
Thank you for any help or insight into this issue.
Just to resolve this, the answer is no, the app does not have to be public in order to use the API. The problem turned out to be an access permission issue on the account in question.

Windows Phone 8.1 user ID

I have a problem with getting User ID but I mean programmatically. Is any chance to get User's Live ID or something like that ? Because I want use trial experience with expiration time but is only one way how to do this. Storing all user's ID's and after installation check their identity. I don't want to use advertisement ID because it is not working in every case. Not every user is using this kind of ID.
So any ideas ?
You won't get any personal information without asking the user.
But the windows store features a trial mode with expiration. Check out the topic on MSDN.
Otherwise there is an overview on Idendity on Windows and you can use WebAuthenticationBroker on the Phone.

Magento + PayPal Sandbox

So, recently PayPal switched from sandbox.paypal to developer.paypal interface. It is still in beta mode, so it's not working perfectly, and on the other hand sandbox is practically disabled, you can not register nor login with old credentials.
So, when trying to make a test system in Magento, I create one seller account and one buyer account in new developer.paypal interface, but when I try to make a purchase it keeps showing me the wrong login/pass error (I enter the seller account e-mail and password).
Before all this I remember I had to be logged in the sandbox.paypal with my main sandbox account for this to work, but now login to sandbox is not possible any more, and login to developer doesn't help.
Anyone had similar issues? I tried anywhere to find any clue for solution, but no luck, and I don't waiting for PayPal to complete their test environment is an option.
I haven't had the same issue however have you imported your old accounts? That way you can use the same test email addresses and passwords as before.
Log into https://developer.paypal.com
Click Applications
Click Sandbox accounts
Click "Import data"
Enter your email address and password for the old developer account.
All settings for the prior accounts should be imported as well. Sandbox.paypal.com is still accessible too, you do need to be logged into your developer account to access it which is the same condition as before.
If you continue receiving a password error trying resetting the password to the accounts by following the steps below:
Log into https://developer.paypal.com
Click Applications
Click Sandbox accounts
Expand the account in question
Click "Profile"
Click "Change Password"
Lastly, you'll also want to delete all developer.paypal.com cookies and cache before using the beta environment. If you do not, you'll see the error message below:
"This Sandbox email address is not available. Please enter another email address."
Let me know if you continue to receive errors.
