Sure, why not? But they will be entirely independent of each other. This is like asking "Can I have multiple laptops in the same room?". :-)

Not only can Enterprise and Community not communicate with each other, but SonarQube instances don't "communicate" at all (see #1).
However, since you talk of consolidating, and you're throwing "enterprise($)" into the mix, you should be able to use the Project Move($) feature to consolidate some or all of your multiple instances. (Note that this is a multi-step operation: export from source, import into target, delete from source.) There are some restrictions on the move functionality: the source and target instances must be at the same version with the same commercial features and plugins, but this will allow you to consolidate your instances so that "communication" is no longer needed.

The following clause from the Microsoft Software License Terms for Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2015 is applicable:
Individual license. If you are an individual working on your own applications to sell or for any other purpose, you may use the software to develop and test those applications.
In other words, as an individual developer you can use Visual Studio Community 2015 to develop commercial software distributed through any distribution channel (including your own web site).
The next clause may be applicable, if you run a non-enterprise organization:
Organization licenses. If you are an organization, your users may use the software as follows:

If none of the above apply, and you are also not an enterprise (defined below), then up to 5 of your individual users can use the software concurrently to develop and test your applications.

In your specific case (team of 3) it would be legal to use Visual Studio Community 2015 to develop commercial applications, provided that you are a non-enterprise organization. An "enterprise" is defined as:
An "enterprise" is any organization and its affiliates who collectively have either (a) more than 250 computers or users or (b) more than one million US dollars (or the equivalent in other currencies) in annual revenues, and "affiliates" means those entities that control (via majority ownership), are controlled by, or are under common control with an organization.

I want to know the features and limitations of TFS express 2013. Such as Check in and check out options, how many users can be configured and regarding sql server versions it supports and so on.

I am taking a course related to datawarehousing on SQL Server (by Martin Guidry at lynda.com). He is using SQL Server 2012 Enterprise edition for the demo.
Since this edition is supported only on servers like Microsoft SQL Server 2008, he suggests that any edition of SQL Server with database engine and SSIS can serve the purpose. I have compared the features supported by all editions at the link below, but I am still not sure which one to install..

Before beginning, you should check that minimum hardware and software requirements to install and run SQL Server 2012 have been met. For operating system and hardware requirements, visit: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms143506.aspx.
This will install the Database Engine Services, Analysis Services, Reporting Services, and a number of shared features including SQL Server Books Online. Since your taking a course and gaining all the knowledge, i would recommend (if you have the space) to install it all because eventually you will hit on every feature if not in this course, but future courses.

4.5 is the Enterprise Edition of eZ Publish, also called Matterhorn and is not free.
Long answer :
2011.x is the Community Project version and has the same development base because eZ Systems engineers works and commits their work on the same master branch : https://github.com/ezsystems/ezpublish
The versions of the Community Project that you are able to download are snapshots taken from the master branch, and packaged using the same continuous integration tools used by eZ Systems for the Enterprise Edition.
The short story : eZ Systems was used to provide consulting and support services aside eZ Publish but to make it more clear for decision takers, this package (software code source & services) is now called Enterprise Edition. Nothing has really changed, only naming convention, and last but not least, innovation and contribution is now more easy than before.

The Enterprise editions have extra features for remote Enterprise Management ( a charged-for service and official, supported point releases of patches, enhancements, etc. are more frequent. But the community editions are also frequent but may not yet be fully tested or official.
Does anyone have any experience with installing multiple versions of Team edition on the same machine? For example Team Developer and Team Architect at the same time? Is this possible? Do you have to open one version vs the other? Or do you end up with one installation with all the versions installed on top of each other.
You can happily install multiple versions. When you install the second one it simply add the features into the same Visual Studio 2008 instance meaning you get the features of both in the same instance of the IDE.
That said, the way licensing works it is usually cheaper to purchase Visual Studio Team Suite (which includes all the features) then purchasing 2 seperate SKU's.
My guess will be that each new installation will overwrite the previous in your instance. See this:
