Outlook "not supported calendar message.ics" - outlook

I have got a mail from a colleague declining one instance of a recurring meeting I host every Friday. It doesn't tell me in this decline exactly which date it is referring to.
Here is a screenshot of the email that I get from my colleague telling me he is on holiday this week, with the attachment "not supported calendar message.ics"
If I double click the attachment, I get a popup saying "Add this Internet Calendar to Outlook"
If I click Yes, I then get a popup saying "The operation failed".
Could anyone please advise and help me resolve the issue? I don't feel it's appropriate to have to go back to individuals and ask them which meeting occurrence they are declining, particularly when they are very busy and also high up in the business.
Thank you!

Outlook Calender Item - History of Acceptance

I would like to see when I accepted an Outlook Calendar Invite (Outlook item). I know that I have made two "Accept" clicks yesterday and one today for the same Calendar Invite. How can I find the timestamp for when I accepted these two invites for the same meeting?
I'm not sure if coding is required or if there is a view on Outlook that would have this information. So any and all suggestions are welcomed.
Thanks.
There would be an IPM.Schedule.Meeting.Resp.Pos meeting item in your Sent Items folder. You can look at its date.

Cortana Skill filtering time information when passing message to Bot Framework v4

When I invoke my Cortana skill and say "Ask MyBot find me a meeting room from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM", it is understood correctly and shown on the Cortana canvas.
However, the message I receive on bot side is "find me a meeting room from 10".
The same happens when I say "Ask MyBot book me a room tomorrow 10:00 o'clock". Bot receives "book me a room tomorrow 10".
So all time related pieces of the utterance seem to be filtered out by Cortana and just the first number is appended.
When I type the above directly into the Cortana canvas instead of speaking it, then the full text is received by the bot.
Is the speech model of Cortana somehow filtering the input wrong? I've already checked my speech priming settings, but I haven't selected any model.
The only thing I can think of is that regional settings somehow interfere here, but I have not idea where it might come from. The device it self is all set to en-US.
Update
Did some more tests and speaking "Ask MyBot 9:30 AM" does result in "9" on bot site. So I think that somehow everything after : is removed and I believe it must be on the channel logic as it doesn't happen when using text, even over Cortana canvas directly.
Thus I've filed a bug report on the bot services GitHub page.
I've reproduced the defects and filed tickets on the appropriate teams. Thanks for reporting this.

Is there a way to reject messages that contain particular words in channels?

My company has a policy of only sending passwords via encrypted email. However, that takes a little more effort then just asking and sending a quick message during a thread. Is there a way for Teams to reject a message containing a word, in this case password, and give a rejection message?
Thanks
This isn't a programming related question, so this isn't the place to ask it. I'll answer it anyway though.
We call this "Data Loss Prevention" (DLP) and it's available in some versions of Office 365. We have not yet added it for Teams but it's definitely on the roadmap. Please use "share an idea" via the Feedback (lightbulb) icon at the lower left of Teams and add your vote.

Can I shut off the email confirmation subscription from MailChimp

I have a problem with the link with MailChimp. The problem is that MailChimp is sending an email to confirm subscription every time somebody is filling any kind of form. But, I don't want MailChimp to do that, because my prospects are not subscribing for newsletter (I mean, not each time they are filling a form). So, I'm afraid my prospects will run away when they will see that strange email in there inbox.
Is there a way to shut this email off ?
Thank you.
A confirmation is good to know that users exist or you want be sending it to people whose email addresses were bought but are no longer using them. Also buying an email list is not recommended (not saying you are), it will affect the deliverability of the campaign and not to mention complaints can cause black listing. Now having said that try and see if you can change the optin status from double to single (even if they give the option). I know dotmailer does/used to give an to change a user from double option to single optin.

Change event description for organizer using VCalendar

currently we are using outlook to create a meeting and send it to email x . Whenever imap mailbox x gets an email it automatically parses and send updated iCal file (with new description) to all participants that was added and organizer. Everything is ok for all participants, except organizer, description in outlook calendar is not updating for organizer (old description is left). I am adding Sequence + 1 , changing timestamp, but still the same problem. Does that mean that for organizer there is no possible way to change description of already created event? Maybe there is any way to do that?
Thanks in advance!
I would say that this is the expected behavior. As the organizer, you are supposed to receive only REPLY, REFRESH, COUNTER, DECLINECOUNTER IMIP message. Anything else shall be ignored.
