CRC32 with JAMCRC - crc32

I have come across the site with JS which does with many input values which matches as expected. I am not finding any Java code or C# with same implementation to return same result.

The "JAMCRC" is simply the bitwise-not of the standard CRC-32. A quick search turned up this, and I am sure you can find many implementations of CRC-32. Then you just take the not (~) of the result to get the JAMCRC.

How to perform Sorting using flow steps in WebMethods (Software AG)?

No need to over-complicate it - use the utilities - pub.document:sortDocuments is what you are looking for.
If you receive stringList as input - convert this into a documentList. This can be done using pub.list:stringListToDocumentList (set the key to 'value')
Use pub.document:sortDocuments to sort the documentList. Remember to specify the key as 'value' once again and compareStringAs as 'numeric'. The order can also be set (ascending/descending)
What do you want to Sort? For Document-Lists you will find a built-in services in the WmPublic Folder.
For String-Lists i would use a Java-Service for Sorting.
Logic behind Sorting in webMethods is same as all other languages. You need LOOP to iterate every string in stringList, BRANCH to compare the two number and then map to the compare result to new StringList.
What format do you have the numbers in? Are they in a flat file or in a string list etc.

Yahoo Pipes: Extracting number from feed item for use in URL builder

Been looking all over the place for a solution to this issue. I have a Yahoo Pipe (http://pipes.yahoo.com/pipes/pipe.info?_id=e5420863cfa494ee40e4c9be43f0e812) that I've created to pull back image content from the Bing Search API. The URL builder includes a $skip attribute that takes an integer and uses it to select the starting (index) point for the result set that the query returns.
My initial plan had been to use the math engine in the Wolfram Alpha API to generate a random number (randomInteger[1000]) that I could use to seed the $skip value each time that the pipe is run. I have an earlier version of the pipe where I was able to get the query / result steps working using either "XPath Fetch" and "Fetch Data". However, regardless of how I Fetch the result, the response returns as an attribute / value pair in a list item.Even when I use "Emit items as string" in XPath Fetch, I still get a list with a single item, when what I really want is the integer that I can plug into my $skip attribute.
I've tried everything in Pipes I can think of, and spent a lot of time online looking for an answer. Is there anyway to extract text (in this case, a number) from a single list item and then use the output as input to "wire" a text parameter in another Pipes block? Any suggestions / ideas welcome. In the meantime, I'm generating a sorta-random number by manipulating a timecode hash, but it just feels tacky :-)

All the sources are for repeated items. You can't have a source that just makes a single number.
I'm not really clear what you're trying to do. You want to put a random number into part of the URL string that gets an RSS feed?

Well, this is a pretty open question, I will give you my suggestions:
If it is a finite list, you can use a Hash or a Dictionary, where
the keys are the Codes and map them to the corresponding value, in
your case, Code_128
Some scanners have software installed that allow you to change what
has been read to a new value, format it, etc.
If you need a bigger insight please, give us more detail about the environment you are using.

I decided to create a new answer because now I get your point. Well, if you are talking about a GS1-128 Code (please see www.gs1.org) please do not start without visiting Wikipedia info about it. as you can see, there is a thorough explanation about how to work with that type of code. That code is composed by several application identifiers followed by their corresponding values. There is a better way of encoding them by using special characters as parenthesis. Here is other info that may help you.

I attended a seminar by a Google engineer a year and a half ago, where they talked about their approach to this. The presenter was saying that (at least part of) their algorithm has little intelligence at all; but rather, utilises the huge amounts of data they have access to. They determined that if someone searches for "Brittany Speares", clicks on nothing, and then does another search for "Britney Spears", and clicks on something, we can have a fair guess about what they were searching for, and can suggest that in future.

Python has a module called difflib. It provides a functionality called get_close_matches. From the Python Documentation:
get_close_matches(word, possibilities[, n][, cutoff])
Return a list of the best "good

You can check out the source code for Xapian which provides this functionality, as do a lot of other search libraries. http://xapian.org/
I am not sure if it serves your purpose but a String Edit distance Algorithm with a dictionary might suffice for a small Application.
I'd take a look at this article on google bombing. It shows that it just suggests answers based off previously entered results.
AFAIK the "did you mean ?" feature doesn't check the spelling. It only gives you another query based on the content parsed by google.

Descendent-or-self in InfoPath

I want to use XPath code in an InfoPath form to sum the data in field12 when field11 is equal to IT. I tried using the following code, but it doesn't work.

I suspect this has to do with the multilayering of groups, as shown below. Does anyone know the code that would allow me to get to the data in group12? Thanks in advance for your help.

Looks like:
number(sum(/descendant-or-self::my:group12[my:field11 = 'IT;']/my:field12))
could be right.
decendant-or-self should not be necissary in this case (unless you need the expression to work even if group12 is moved).
This should work fine:
sum(/my:myfields/my:group9/my:group10/my:group11/my:group12[contains(my:field11,'IT')]/my:field12)
It doesn't matter if any of the other groups are repeating either. All group12's will be checked.
