Enabling OData service available in next S/4 version - s4sdk

I'm running SAP S/4 Hana 1709, but it seems that API_OPLACCTGDOCITEMCUBE_SRV is avaiable since 1711, according to https://help.sap.com/doc/ce01d82756b947a1a043a5d5a3204226/1711%20500/en-US/WN_CE1711_EN.pdf . I can't find it here: https://help.sap.com/doc/b870b6ebcd2e4b5890f16f4b06827064/1709%20000/en-US/WN_OP1709_EN.pdf
Is there a way for me to obtain this service and install on 1709? I couldn't find another way to get all types of accounting documents using other VDM services and I believe it would be possible with that one. In theory, assume I can't upgrade from 1709 to 1711, but would like to use just that service.

1711 is a Cloud release (SAP S/4HANA Cloud 1711), whereas 1709 is an On-Premise release (SAP S/4HANA 1709). There is a difference in the scope of the two releases.
Is your request about making API_OPLACCTGDOCITEMCUBE_SRV available in On-Premise release?
In general, API_OPLACCTGDOCITEMCUBE_SRV (https://api.sap.com/api/API_OPLACCTGDOCITEMCUBE_SRV/overview) is part of Scope Item Accounting and Financial Close (‏J58‏) (https://rapid.sap.com/bp/#/scopeitems/J58).

Speeding deployment process in SAP Commerce Cloud

We have a SAP Commerce Cloud solution (SAP commerce ver. 2105.8) with Spartacus storefront
We create builds and deployments over SAP Commerce Cloud portal.
Can we decrease deployment time? Can we somehow influence this deployment process?
Thank you for your reply
Best regards
Patrik
We currently use the recreate mode and migration data setting when deploying
This configuration is the fastest:
Platform Update Mode: No migration required
Database isn’t updated and no data is imported.
Deployment Mode: Recreate (fastest, with downtime)
Shuts down the running deployment and creates a new one based on a
selected build.
This operation is the fastest way to deploy the build, but it requires
site downtime. If a problem occurs during the deployment, this option
is also safer in terms of rollback potential.
Visitors to your storefront see a temporary maintenance page until the
deploy action completes.

What causes version of NiFi component to update?

While creating a NiFi flow I'm realizing the versions of the components changing.
I understand that the version changes each time the component updates - but what is considered an update of a component?
For example, what causes an update in a connection's version?
I'm trying to find some pattern but with not much luck.
Thanks in advance!
The official documentation states that you can have multiple versions of your flow at the same time:
You have access to information about the version of your Processors, Controller Services, and Reporting Tasks. This is especially useful when you are working within a clustered environment with multiple NiFi instances running different versions of a component or if you have upgraded to a newer version of a processor.
You can opt-out of versioning all together:
Methods of disable the versioning:
NiFi UI: To change the version of a flow, right-click on the versioned process group and select Version→Change version (link).
Rest API: Send an http DELETE request to /versions/process-groups/{id} with the appropriate ID.
You can also use Toolkit CLI to view available versions, by executing ./bin/cli.sh registry diff-flow-versions (link).

How can I get IBM Streams toolkit update?

I have IBM Streams 4.3 and wish to update a toolkit not available on public GitHub.
Is that possible?
Yes, it is possible. By using your IBM Streams license and your account to IBM Fix Central server, you can download the complete set of the specialized product toolkits.
This is the direct link to the Fix Central server:
https://www-945.ibm.com/support/fixcentral/swg/selectFixes?parent=ibm%7EInformation%20Management&product=ibm/Information+Management/IBM+Streams+Toolkits&release=4.3.0.0&platform=All&function=all
The release (4.3.0.0-i20181113) includes 2 new toolkits:
com.ibm.streamsx.avro
com.ibm.streamsx.elasticsearch

Solaris 11 development environment on Cloud or hosting

I got in charge to create a website based on Java. Production environment specs include Solaris 11.1, OHS 12.1.3, WebLogic 12.1.3, Java 1.7.0_51 and Oracle Database 11.2.
I want to create a server on some cloud or hosting service as Development environment with the same specs to avoid migration problems to Production. I also think this approach helps to give my team a single server where they can work and have some testers/client to visit the site.
Normally I would use a local Development environment but a lot of people is involved and differences with Production can become a problem at migration.
I checked http://www.polarhome.com/ but I don't know if it will fit all specs needed. I looked at Windows Azure and Google Cloud with no success. AWS maybe? I also checked https://cloud.oracle.com but I don't understand if they already offer what I need.
Do you know any providers to create my Development environment or another approach/suggestion to develop this project??
Thanks!
EDIT.
To clarify, the client's Production environment already exists and is running somewhere. My project will be installed on that environment when development is finished. I personally think that developing on any VM with WebLogic 12.1.X and Oracle Database 11.X should be enough, but I've never done it so I wanted to follow client's advise on having a Development environment similar to Production.
Do you think I can just create a VM on any OS and just install WebLogic 12 with Oracle Database 11?? Any suggestions to avoid migration issues if I take that route?
I think that develop a new website from scratch thinking to use the architecture proposed by you is a nonsense. I think that if you will use cloud services like PaaS you will do something better.
In any case, you can find solaris VMs on Cloudsigma , Entic and Oracle Public Cloud

Configuring Hyperion Shared Services

We have configured Oracle Hyperion Essbase with OBIEE on 9704 port. Now , we need to implement security using shared services rather than using weblogic. How can we proceed?
You need to actually install Stand Alone Essbase and Foundation suite, the version you just install is quite different for the security administration. You will also need to reconfigure your environment
