I have built a report that when testing in the Report builder works perfectly and scroll bars are displayed along the bpttpm of the screen. However, when viewed in browser the report does not display the scroll bar and you have to navigate to the hidden fields using the arrow keys. How do I get the horizontal scroll bar to appear? the verical scroll bar works perfectly.

I am developing iOS and Android mobile applications using native script angular. I am using a bar chart to display monthly yearly reports in the radcartesian plugin. In the bar chart, I want the horizontal scroll to show the large records. Is it possible to use a horizontal scroll view inside the bar chart in the radcartesian chart?
I have an interesting embedded view issue in lotus notes. I have the view embedded into a table cell and have turned off scrolling and extend last column options and the scroll bars don't display, everything looks good.
But as soon as I check the display actions option the horizontal scroll bar scows. I only have one button. Is there anything I can do to hide the scroll bar?
You can show or hide only both the scrollbars at once. Impossible to set a property for only one scrollbar.
I see some strange behaviour in jqGrid in IE10 Standard mode, specially when grid size is bigger.
When I scroll using horizontal scroll bar to the right of the grid and then scroll up to see the column headers, they are not visible (blank).

Steps to reproduce :
1. Open the jqgrid in IE10 . http://trirand.com/blog/jqgrid/jqgrid.html -> Frozen Cols Group Header (New) -> Frozen Column
2. Drag some of the columns to the right (increase the width of the columns using mouse).
Resize the window so that all column headers are not visible in the screen.
Use horizontal scroll bar to scroll to the right of the grid.
Use vertical scroll bar to move up to see the column headers.
You will see that some column headers are not visible.

I am developing a web application that uses a plugin to display some native Content. I create a NSView(say A) and return the CALayer of the NSView to the browser for hosting on the browser window. Inside this NSView I host a NSScrollView; The ScrollView contains the actual document that needs to be scrolled(the size of the document is big enough that both the horizontal and vertical scroll bars need to be displayed). I am setting the bounds of the Host NSView(A) as the frame size on the NSScrollView properly; Also I made sure on the ScrollView I am setting setHasHorizontalScroller and setHasVerticalScroller as YES.
Though the veritical scroll bar is displayed in the viewer, the horizontal scroll bar is not getting displayed. I want to know what the error I am making and why the horizontal scrollbar is not displayed. Any clues/suggestions on this is greatly appreciated.
