It looks like the alphabetical order. I tried to change it, but still does not work. Can I change their order manually?

I don't think you can sort them manually at the moment.

This isn't anywhere near a programming question, #rafe.
But #TonyX is right, we don't support reordering at the moment. It's mainly for performance reasons. We need to preserve sort order across devices, which means saving it somewhere, and retrieving it, adding to our application load time.

My workaround is that I'm using spaces to arrange the order!
The name cannot start with a space, but I'm using it in combination with subgroups.
The real name of the first channel is: APP - [space]General.
Teams seems to truncate them, so it still looks allright! :)
You can add more spaces for more granular ordering.

How to go down (recursively) in UIPath

I want to go down recursively and automatically at the host and clusters tab (the blue one in the picture), and then take the text like guest os, compability, etc.
I already know how to get the text from summary, but I got the problem to loop (go down) at the host and cluster tabs.
Any idea how to do it?

It's probably not the best idea to have one robot do everything - i.e. setting filters, parsing results, clicking on each result, parsing data, then going back, and so on. Instead of that approach, divide and conquer. Create multiple sequences/workflows, each one with one specific task in mind.
Here's how I would tackle it:
Create a sequence that opens the target page, setting the filters (e.g. Germany, as mentioned in your link: https://www.autoscout24.de/ergebnisse?cy=D&powertype=kw&atype=C&ustate=N%2CU&sort=standard&desc=0&page=1&size=20)
Have the same robot extract the link for each result. Don't go into the details, this could potentially be the task of another robot.
Have the links stored in a queue. Read more about Queues and Transactions here.
Create another sequence that takes the next item in the queue and open the stored link. This will take you directly to the results page (e.g. https://www.autoscout24.de/angebote/opel-corsa-12v-city-servo-ahk-benzin-silber-84a66193-b6d6-4fc9-b222-ec5a7319f221?cldtidx=1)
Parse any kind of data you need.
This comes with the benefit that you can use multiple robots at the same time extracting data, potentially increasing scraping significantly. The Queues and Transactions feature will make sure each result is visited only once, and that multiple robots don't process the same item multiple times.
Edit: you might want to start with ReFramework, which I'd recommend.

What are alternatives for GUIDs for key generation when central server is not possible?

I am looking for alternative to GUIDs for key generation in a distributed app. For example supposed I have Bob, James, and Jack all running a bug tracking application on their desktop where they can do thing like create bug tickets ala JIRA, or Bugzilla ... etc. When a ticket is created it is assigned a number such as T-1, T-2, T-3, T-4 ... etc. Tickets need to have a stable ID and should be creatable without having to consult a central server.
I understand that this is what GUID's are really good for but it in my case displaying a GUID in a UI is ugly people can't just copy and paste it and discuss it on a phone call, I really want integers or some sort of short string that is easy to talk about read in one glance .. etc.

You may evaluate the approach taken by git. They use sha1 hash of commit information. And then abbreviate IDs are allowed which are much shorter and easier to read\transfer manually.
Having the number of bugs in your tracker is not going to reach millions that should be sufficient. Once it is you'll just need a longer abbreviation.
There seem to be plenty info around on how git calculates hash IDs and abbreviates them.
If I recall correctly how UUIDv1 works - it's "just" putting together the mac address and a very exact timestamp + maybe some additional integer. As your mac address should be unique (unless you've fiddled with it) and there are only so many UUIDs one computer can generate within a nano second, the resulting ID will be unique.
This is a very general and uninformed way to create IDs. If you'd implement a version of it yourself for your specific use case you could get much smaller IDs.
Assuming you can identify each node with a bug tracking system with a simple and unique string - for instance "Bob", "James", "Jack" - and you can create unique continuous integers within each node, you could combine those two and have IDs like "Bob-1", "James-12", ...
As you can see, actually there has to be again one central point, which will assign the unique strings, however depending on the number of nodes and how long they stay within the system, this could be as well done just by a human being.
The additional disadvantage (or advantage, depends how you look at it) of this approach (as well as of UUIDv1) would be, that you'd know where the ticket has been created as well as order of the tickets within one system.

They're on the web, they already don't have complete privacy.
Offer the community the means to police themselves, whether by explicitly appointing moderators (like most bulletin boards), allowing them to decide who they can and cannot see (like social media sites), or collaborative moderation (like here).
You can set up a system where comments/posts must be approved by a moderator before being allowed to be posted. I believe Wordpress can do this.
There are curse-word filtering libraries available in most languages, usually complete with the ability to customize the words that are filtered out.
In order to filter spam, there are things like bayesian spam filters which attempt to determine whether a message is spam based on keywords in the response. This really isn't something you would want to attempt to do yourself.
Another thing to look at is Markov Chains. They are designed to generate strings of seemingly valid text based on the probability that any given word is followed by any other particular word. Using a reverse process you can attempt to determine if a string of text is valid by checking whether the words used are following by other "on-topic" words.
This would be very difficult as well.
In order to keep the privacy of the users, you could use combinations of these three tests to create a threshold. That is, you will examine no messages unless they reach a high curse/spam/off-topic score. At that point, those messages will be manually checked to see if they are appropriate.
There currently is no way to have a 100% automated process that won't block valid messages and let invalid ones through.

There is some work being done right now on the pgsql-hackers mailing list toward adding exactly this capability, under the title "display previous query string of idle-in-transaction". Where that looks to be going is that pg_stat_activity will have a new column named something like "last_query" that includes the info you want.
Until that's done and available in probably the next release, the suggestion from depesz is probably as good as you're going to get here--unless you want to start grabbing early patches working on this feature as they trickle out.
Basically - you have to turn on all statements logging, with time of execution. best way to achieve it is to use log_min_duration_statement with value of 0, and using log_line_prefix such that is it will include information required to match lines coming form the same backend.
I generally use log_line_prefix = '%m %u#%d %p %r '.
Afterward you can write some tool to help you hunt idle-in-transaction, or you can use mine.

Is it a good idea to have the same feature available from two different menus?

It happens sometimes that one feature seems to belong to more than one place.
Trivial example, let's say I've got the following menus :
File
Pending orders
Accepted orders
Tools
Help
I've got a search feature, and the same search window work for both pending and accepted orders (it's just an 'order status' combo you can change)
Where does this search feature belongs?
The Tools menu seems to be a good choice, but I'm afraid the users may expect the search accepted orders to be in the accepted orders menu, which would make sense
Duplicating the menu entry in both pending and accepted order seems wrong to me.
What would you do? (And let's pretend we cannot merge the two orders menu into one single menu)
I think the problem you've run into is that you're thinking like a programmer. (code duplication bad). I'm not faulting you for it, I do the same thing. Multiple paths to the same screen, or multiple ways to handle the same process can actually be extremely beneficial. I would guess that more than one person is going to use your program and each probably have slightly different job functions. In essence, they have different needs for the application and will approach using it different ways. If you stick to the all items have one way of being accessed, some people will find the application beneficial and others won't. Sure all people can learn to do a task a certain way, but it won't make sense to some users. It's not intuitive (read familiar) to they way they are used to processing information, which means the application will ultimately be less beneficial to them. When people find a process (program etc.) frustrating, they won't adopt it. They find reasons why the process will need to be changed or abandoned.
An excellent example of the multiple approaches to a problem is with Adobe Photoshop. Normally there are at least 2 different ways to access a function. Most users only know of one, because that's all they are concerned with, but most users are really comfortable with using one, because it makes the most sense to them. With a little extra work, Adobe scored a huge win, because more people find their product intuitive.
Having a feature in multiple locations is not a bad thing. Consider the overall workflow for viewing both pending orders and accepted orders, and think of your new feature as a component, rather than a one-off entity.
After you map out exactly what tasks a user completes in the pending and accepted order viewing process, see where having the ability to search would provide value (by shortening the workflow or otherwise). This is where your search component belongs.
The main thing to remember about UI is that all that really matters in the end is whether your design makes using your application or site a better experience for your users.
In the search example you list above you'll commonly see apps take two approaches:
Put the search feature in a single location and allow the user to filter the search by selecting pending or accepted, or
Put the search feature in both menus, already configured for the type of search to be done based on the menu it was launched from.
If you repeat the above choice for a number of factors you'll see a much more advanced (aka 'complicated') search interface for number one, and a much simpler (aka 'restrictive') search interface for number two.
Which one is best completely depends on your users. This is why many general applications have a simple search by default and a link to a more advanced search for those that want or need the additional capabilities; they're attempting to make everyone happy. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that if you're writing for a wide variety of people with different needs. If you're writing for a set of users with a restricted set of needs however, you can make some better choices.
In my experience your best bet is to work with one or two of your primary users and map out all of the steps they need to take to get each of the tasks the application will be helping them with accomplished. If there aren't a lot of branching points in that sequence of steps there shouldn't be a lot of choices or settings to make in the application; otherwise the users may feel that the app is harder to work with than it needs to be.
For the search example above, if the user has already navigated into the Pending Orders menu, the likelihood that they'll want to launch a search for Accepted Orders is very small and having to make that choice, or go elsewhere to do the search, will be an extra decision or action they'll need to take. Basic principle is if your user has already made a decision, use it; don't make them tell you again.
Use the UI you come up with as a first cut. Let your users, or a subset of them, try it out and make suggestions. If you have the option, watch them use it. You'll learn far more about how to improve the interface by seeing how they work with it than you will from what they tell you.
Generally you do not want the same menu item appearing in different menus. It adds complexity and clutter to the menu, and users will wonder if the two menu items are really the same or not. When it appears that a menu item belongs in two places, then you may have a more basic problem with your menu organization.
For instance, your example shows a menu bar that is organized by the class or attribute of the object the commands within act on. In general, the menu bar should be organized by category of action not type of object. For example, you could have a Retrieval menu for commands like Search and other means of displaying orders, and a Modify menu for processing the orders (e.g., updating, accepting, forwarding). Both menus would have menu items that apply to both types of objects, although some commands may apply to only one.
Organizing commands by object type is actually a good idea but it is better accomplished with a context menu (right click) than the menu bar.
I would try the search in both the Accepted Orders and Pending Orders menus. However, user testing will show if this is a good idea or not. But it also depends on your user base.

...you may already know this, but this is a good place to use the command\action pattern IMHO.
So to answer your question: IMO, yes, it is ok :) This situation is definitely warranted.
Just put it under both menus and have it open your search window, pre-configured for the order type who's menu it was launched from. Name them accordingly and voila they're actually two different actions - even though they use the same code/component.
Keep the user-selectable "status combo you can change" in the search window active though so the user still can adjust the settings without relaunching it from the other menu... and then perhaps rethink the structure, see some of the great answers in here for ideas ^^
