I've installed NiFi 1.0 and imported a template.
I'm processing some files and after awhile NiFi crashes.
This is the error that I'm getting:
2018-10-09 18:10:07,416 ERROR [NiFi logging handler] org.apache.nifi.StdErr [Error] :10768:38: cvc-complex-type.2.4.a: Invalid content was found starting with element 'template'. One of '{processGroup, remoteProcessGroup, connection, controllerService}' is expected.

I am just a beginner and trying to install NiFi for first time. I am having problem getting it working.
I have Windows 7 32 bit. I have installed LibericaJDK-19 just to get Nifi working. Else it was not working with java 8 as well for me.
I am trying nifi-1.19.1. conf file is default. I have set JAVA_HOME to point to new JDK - 19.

I have already tried to tear it all down and re-install 1.15.3 with not any other changes, but the same issue still persists. Can someone please share any ideas if there are any on how to fix this?
I am getting below error while starting the dse:

I have recently installed NiFi, and it was working fine for few days. But suddenly today when i try to open it using run-nifi.bat, the NiFi window is getting closed in few seconds stating the below error:

I do looked out for the org.apache.nifi.StdErr Failed to start web server: Must configure HTTP or HTTPS connector error, but unfortunately I cant find a similar one. I'm sure that no settings or properties has been changed since installation. Any suggestion guys?
I was getting the same error.
You need to check nifi-app.log file to get more details on this type of error.
Here’s what I did: Remove the port information from nifi.properties for HTTPS and only keep the setting for HTTP. Then restart nifi again.
Keep one property enable like https or http. in my case https:127.0.0.1:8443/nifi/
it works fine me.
I have been trying to launch NiFi, but everytime I do so I get the following error:

Jetty web server shutdown completed (nicely or otherwise).
I understand this is coming from "calculateMd5sum " function that calculates md5 sum of a specified file. However, I have made no changes to any of Nars neither have I added any custom nars. The same instance did launch before.
I have also tried to start afresh by extracting the setup again, however I face the same error. I fail to understand why the issue is coming up all of a sudden. Please help!
I got it.
My java home pointed to "C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_65"
changed the path to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_121"
It works fine now.
