I am trying to install fblualib from this link.
When I run ./install_all.sh inside fblualib, I have errors as
+ echo Building folly
Building folly
+ echo
+ cd /tmp/fblualib-build.zofU4g/folly/folly
+ autoreconf -ivf
autoreconf: 'configure.ac' or 'configure.in' is required
According to last discussion here, there is a discussion as "autotools based build system has been removed from Folly in favor of CMake, so you'll need to build Folly with CMake rather than autotools." so I go to folly folder
/tmp/fblualib-build.zofU4g/folly/build and try to build using `cmake`.
Then I have errors as

Any suggestions please ?
Thank you!
It is probably a problem with your java version. Unless you really need those Java bindings you can simply disable them when calling cmake like this:
cmake -DENABLE_JAVA_BINDINGS=OFF ../..
(this assumes you have a build dir like build/cmake-build as in the docs).
I am trying to install NrrdIO on Ubuntu 18.04, to run Marching Cubes to segment medical images. This is the link from which I'm trying to run it.
http://web.cse.ohio-state.edu/research/graphics/isotable/
I'm trying to install ijkmcube-v0-3-3.tar, which requires the ITKNrrdIO.a library. I'm running into this error:
[ 7%] Linking CXX executable ijkmcube
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lNrrdIO
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
CMakeFiles/ijkmcube.dir/build.make:406: recipe for target 'ijkmcube' failed

make[1]: *** [CMakeFiles/ijkmcube.dir/all] Error 2
Makefile:129: recipe for target 'all' failed
make: *** [all] Error 2
I've installed NrrdIO 1.11.0, and tried with NrrdIO 1.9.0 as well, but while running
make
I always run into this error, for some reason its not able to find lNrrdIO . Can someone please help?
Thanks
Edit:
I think its a problem with the linking, but when I copied the NrrdIO.a file to /usr/bin and modified the symbolic link to point to it, I got an error as follows:
[ 7%] Linking CXX executable ijkmcube
collect2: fatal error: cannot find 'ld'
compilation terminated.
CMakeFiles/ijkmcube.dir/build.make:406: recipe for target 'ijkmcube'

SOLVED
Tsyvarev solved it, the libNrrdIO.a file has to be copied to /usr/lib/. Refer to comments for the exact solution
This answer was given by #Tsyvarev:
By making a link named ld you are removing the original linker (ld). Without the linker you definitely cannot build any library. What you need is to make a link named lNrrdIO.a, so it will point to the actual library location: sudo ln -sfn /home/subham/Downloads/NrrdIO-1.9.0-src/lNrrdIO.a lNrrdIO.a (run this command from /usr/lib directory). And restore original /usr/bin/ld file.
I installed the cudnn 7.1.2 by anaconda, and then install the coffe2 via anaconda following https://caffe2.ai/docs/getting-started.html?platform=mac&configuration=prebuilt ,but it reports that cannot find cudnn.h.

I'm no Caffe2 expert, but this error means that you do not have the CUDNN library installed.
This means that you are trying to use the CUDA enabled Caffe framework and will want to install CUDA (probably version 9+) with the associated CUDNN libraries.

What can I do to solve this problem?
It appears to be this bug https://bugs.ruby-lang.org/issues/9578. I think you need the most stable version of ruby.
i've been working on this for days, and I really don't have any clue to what's going on
I'm trying to install gearman on windows and followed EXACTLY what's on this link:
http://www.phpvs.net/2010/11/30/installing-gearman-and-gearmand-on-windows-with-cygwin/
However, no luck. I've installed libevent and i'm on installation of gearman:
I've only managed to execute ./configure on cygwin.
After that, using make :
make -j2 all-am
make[1]: Entering directory '/cygdrive/c/gearman'
CXX libgearman/libgearman_libgearman_la-error.lo
libgearman/error.cc: In function 'gearman_return_t gearman_universal_set_perror(gearman_universal_st&, gearman_return_t, int, const char*, const char*, const char*, ...)':

This comes on, and I don't know what I've done wrong. I need help on this. Thanks!
