Springboot Version 2.0.6.RELEASE +JPA
Why it is trying to create Datasource bean.
Properties for Hibernate and Oracle
spring.datasource.driverClassName=oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver
spring.datasource.url=jdbc:oracle:thin:#//earth-db-11:5121/stardev
spring.datasource.username=ops$abcdefg
spring.datasource.password=mypassword

What Have i tried
- #SpringBootApplication( exclude={DataSourceAutoConfiguration.class})
- #EnableAutoConfiguration(exclude={DataSourceAutoConfiguration.class})
- Create New #Configuration Datasouce #bean ,with JPA properties and Create Datasoucetest class with in memory DB.
- mvn clean instal -DskipTests --- **this works fine but i want my others tests to run.**

Your URL has irrelevant double slash (when you removed user & password),change to:

Hi try change your password in mysql workbench or toad for mysql.

Furthermore I've tried to connect with the test server and it's working fine and successfully connected. Following are the test server details

How to configure spring batch not to auto create batch tables for storing meta data?

I'm working on a spring batch which uses JPA to perform CRUD operations on PostGres database. I'm using Spring boot 2.1.3. Even though I added the below configuration to disable Spring batch to use my postgres database for storing batch job meta data information, I' getting "ERROR: relation "batch_job_instance" does not exist" exception as shown below. Also I have followed the solution mentioned in here. Can anyone please suggest on what additional things needs to be done?

Since you told Spring Boot to not create meta-data tables, you need to create them manually upfront in your datasource. For Postgres, you need to execute the schema-postgresql.sql script on your database before running your job.

Another option it to use the JDBC based job repository but with an embedded database, like HSQLDB, H2, etc.

Problem is that this particular connector should be working only in production environment, because it connects to the database with clients data (which is located int the inner local network and it is not accessible outside of client's network). Right now while developing in my local environment both connectors start and therefore this SapHanaConnection throws exception because it can't establish connection to given DB.

In my Spring Boot Project, I get the following error when I add an #Query method in my CrudRepository

Almost quoting (with generalized version information):
The root cause of the problem is that current GA releases of Spring Boot specify the version of Spring Data Commons as 2.0.x
But the version of Spring Data JDBC requires 2.1.x which also gets pulled in automatically by Maven when Boot is not present.
To fix this just add an explicit dependency to your pom:
