I prepared everything as normal, but the "Submit for Review" button is always disabled. Is that intended during holiday?
Yes, even I am facing the same.
As displayed on AppStoreConnect,
App Store Connect Holiday Schedule: Dec 23–27
Make sure your apps are up to date and ready for the holidays. New apps and app updates will not be accepted December 23 to 27 (Pacific Time), so any releases should be submitted, approved, and scheduled in advance. Other App Store Connect and developer account features will remain available.
It's Christmas change freeze App Store Connect Holiday Schedule: Dec 23–27. Even ipa is still Processing stage as well after being uploaded.

Starting ~2 weeks ago (around Sep 14th, 2021) many of our customers have started to report problems launching any PINNED apps from their desktop teams client. Web chat Teams client can launch pinned Apps fine. Apps are pinned as part of a set up policy in Teams Admin Portal, in this case a Global Set up Policy.
Jira App is shown below as an example but it is happening for all pinned aps, at least ones with a chat tab (bot).
If you click on the ... below the app list on the left navigation rail and launch the app in that manner the error goes away.
The error does not prevent messaging to and from the app, just that it stop the users since they believe there is a problem. Clicking on retry does not do anything.
Are there any recent changes to Manifest files that may need to be addressed to avoid this pop over error?
Previous articles from Feb had recommended disabling Loading Indicator in Manifest files. That does not seem to have any impact on this situation.

I published an app on Google Play 2 month ago, publish process took just 4 hours. But now I want to publish 2 apps from different Google accounts but still "Pending publication"
1. app : 20 July 2019 18:30
2. app : 20 July 2019 21:00 (I tried change setting on Play Console today and the date change 22 July 2019)
I use same settings on Play console about 3 apps. Must I wait or can I do something?
Note: I can't add a screenshot on Stackoverflow.
Edit:
Is that any problem? Could I did something wrong?
Target audience and content
Target age
The target age group for your app is: 13-15, 16-17 and 18+
Your app could unintentionally appeal to children
The 'Not designed for children' label will be shown next to your app on Google Play. Learn more
Designed for Families
Your app is not enrolled in the Designed for Families programme
I fix that, that's about "target age", I write Google Support and I changed my settings.
Recently i have submitted an to app hub, App got Certified and got a mail from microsoft saying congrats app got certified , in app hub A small dialog box in red asked for please update additional details/ update latest package - clicked on it redirected to all the details we have submitted during our app submission -pressed next - next - says successfully app got submitted and now app life cycle status has gone to step 1 again .
1) In my view all submitted apps section , same app shows in submitted and also in published sections.
2)Its Already 24 hours after my app got certified but my app is not in market place.
3)Application lifecycle now shows submission started - checked and submission completed - checked and 2 and 3rd steps (certification and publish ) unchecked.
4)Did i do anything wrong or is it in - track that we have to submit additional details / updated package before publishing it to windows market place.
Please help me out , and i request all of you to provide me the required guidance.
Nothing to worry. I faced a similar situation earlier.
It takes a few days for your app to appear in the Marketplace after successful certification. It is the problem with Microsoft Marketplace.
However, ans to your 4th point, It is not a process to update details. It was actually offering us to submit an update for the app, if any.
Only thing you need to make sure is, whether you have given valid keywords which helps the users find your app in the marketplace.
if you are publishing to multiple market, it will take time for it to appear in all market and could take more than 24hrs. seem like an issue from microsoft.
I am working on an in-app purchase... I had things working fine in the simulator/(sandbox mode). I’m still working on some stuff with the app and testing. Today when I tested the in app purchase I get.
In-app purchase testing mzfinance.InAppBuyLoginRequired_message (sandbox)
I looked in iTunes connect and it said “Rejected” under the in app purchase. I didn’t put complete descriptions but didn’t think it mattered because I had previously developer rejected the app.
So I deleted the in app purchase... uploaded/rejected another binary and added the new in app purchase. I used the same apple-id to test. The first time, it said Successful. I try it again and I get the same error message.
In-app purchase testing mzfinance.InAppBuyLoginRequired_message (sandbox)
Any idea what’s going on? I assume the code is fine since I haven’t changed it. Its something with iTunes connect setup or something.
I had the same problem, i couldnt buy any in-app because i've seen every time :
mzfinance.InAppBuyLoginRequired_message (sandbox)
Earlier i tested my in-app purchases on this test account and everything was fine.
I created new test account in iTunesConnect and it helps!.
Go to:
https://itunesconnect.apple.com/
Select:
"Manage users" >> "Test user"
Next "Add new user" and create new user with any e-mail adress (i used imaginary e-mail adress).
This work for me, i'm using now this second account to testing.
Regards
Same stuff happening since 31 May 2012. Noticed this behavior only in the simulator, on the device everything is ok.
I've managed testing on the simulator every time creating new test user at iTunesConnect. It's very time consuming but otherwise it doesn't work.
It doesn't come when you buy the app for the first time. (Creating new user means buying it first time). It comes when you are trying to restore the InApp purchase and haven't properly handled the restore purchases.
See the "Restoring Transactions" section in In-App Purchase Programming Guide.
I have read this:
http://windowsteamblog.com/windows_phone/b/wpdev/archive/2011/08/15/what-happens-when-i-publish-a-windows-phone-mango-application-update.aspx
and this:
http://windowsteamblog.com/windows_phone/b/wpdev/archive/2011/09/20/submit-windows-phone-7-5-apps-today-update-7-0-apps-in-october.aspx
But still not sure.
I am launching a new app at the end of the month, but I want to launch the 7.0 and Mango versions on the same day (1st November for example). How is this possible? I am submitting the WP7.0 version today for testing.
When you submit an application, correct me if I am wrong but you should be able to specify whether it publishes automatically when it passes certification - so in this case, you'd simply submit both and wait until both have passed certification, before publishing them at the same time?
