AWS S3 error when trying to upload file in Laravel app - laravel

I'm trying to get S3 set up with my Laravel app (which is running on my local machine) but I'm getting the following error when trying to upload an image.
$my_file = 'file.txt';
$handle = fopen($my_file, 'w') or die('Cannot open file: '.$my_file);
$data = 'Test data to see if this works!';
fwrite($handle, $data);
$storagePath = Storage::disk('s3')->put("uploads", $my_file, 'public');
This is the error I'm getting:
Error executing "PutObject" on "https://landlord-files.s3.eu-west-2.amazonaws.com/uploads"; AWS HTTP error: cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate (see http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html)

Unable to access file (url_private property) when file was uploaded by slackbot

I'm trying to upload a file using slackbot and then posting it as a url_private link in my channel. Then when I click on the url_private link the browser throws the error:
The page isn’t redirecting properly An error occurred during a connection to xxx.slack.com. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.
My code:
client = WebClient(token=os.environ.get("SLACK_BOT_TOKEN"))
logger = logging.getLogger(__name__)
try:
result = client.files_upload(
initial_comment="Here's my file :smile:",
file=file_name,
)
logger.info(result)
os.environ['PRIVATE_URL'] = result["file"]["url_private"]
except SlackApiError as e:
logger.error("Error uploading file: {}".format(e))
def post_message_to_slack(blocks = None):
return requests.post('https://slack.com/api/chat.postMessage', {
'token': os.environ['USER_TOKEN'],
'channel': "#test",
'as_user': 'username',
'blocks': json.dumps(blocks)
}).json()
print(post_message_to_slack(blocks))
This is how I receive result:
The SLACK_BOT_TOKEN and USER_TOKEN has files:write, files:read permissions.
I don't know why I'm not able to access the file after I login to my slack account.

Issue with PEM file while building a query using Laravel and Goutte

I'm building a website using Laravel 8 and Goutte 4. I'm trying to send a request to a website that requires authentication with a .pem file. In order to do so, I include the 'local_cert' param when creating the instance of http-client like this:
use Goutte\Client;
use Symfony\Component\HttpClient\HttpClient;
class Query
{
protected $client;
public function __construct() {
$this->client = (new Client(
HttpClient::create([
'timeout' => 30,
'local_cert' => //absolute path to the .pem file,
])
));
}
public function query() {
$this->client->request('GET', "https://palena.sii.cl/cvc_cgi/dte/of_solicita_folios");
}
}
This works perfectly well on my local server, but when I try it on the production server, I get an Exception: "Problem with the local SSL certificate". The .pem file being used is the same in development and production, and the php can read the file in the production server.
The full error in the laravel Log is:
[2020-12-02 21:32:30] production.ERROR: Problem with the local SSL certificate for "https://palena.sii.cl/cvc_cgi/dte/of_solicita_folios". {"userId":1,"exception":"[object] (Symfony\Component\HttpClient\Exception\TransportException(code: 0): Problem with the local SSL certificate for "https://palena.sii.cl/cvc_cgi/dte/of_solicita_folios". at /my/path/vendor/symfony/http-client/Chunk/ErrorChunk.php:65)
did you fixed? i only make this work with GuzzleHttp
$requestAuthentication = $clientAuth->request('GET', $urlAuthentication, [
'cert' => [$rutaPem, 'clave'],
'cookies' => $cookiesAuth,
]);

symfony 4 app on heroku with remote database

I really need some help here hehe
Ok i got a symfony 4 application that is working perfectly in local environement.
I installed the app on heroku, but i want to access my Mysql database on my web hosting.
To be able to do that i had to install the Fixie app on heroku to have two ip adress and be able to whitelist those address for the remote access of my database.
The app is running good, but if i go to any links that have a call to do at the database i got a timeout.
I think the problem is in my index.php file, when installing Fixie you have to add code to the trust proxy
Heres what i have right now in my index.php file
<?php
use App\Kernel;
use Symfony\Component\Debug\Debug;
use Symfony\Component\HttpFoundation\Request;
require dirname(__DIR__).'/config/bootstrap.php';
if ($_SERVER['APP_DEBUG']) {
umask(0000);
Debug::enable();
}
$trustedProxies = $_SERVER['TRUSTED_PROXIES'] ?? $_ENV['TRUSTED_PROXIES'] ?? false;
$trustedProxies = $trustedProxies ? explode(',', $trustedProxies) : [];
if($_SERVER['APP_ENV'] == 'prod') $trustedProxies[] = $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'];
if($trustedProxies) {
Request::setTrustedProxies($trustedProxies, Request::HEADER_X_FORWARDED_AWS_ELB);
}
if ($trustedHosts = $_SERVER['TRUSTED_HOSTS'] ?? $_ENV['TRUSTED_HOSTS'] ?? false) {
Request::setTrustedHosts([$trustedHosts]);
}
$kernel = new Kernel($_SERVER['APP_ENV'], (bool) $_SERVER['APP_DEBUG']);
$request = Request::createFromGlobals();
$response = $kernel->handle($request);
$response->send();
$kernel->terminate($request, $response);
Thats the log message i get when i try to access a page that have a call to the database

When you install fixie in heroku you have to add something this is the example they give for php but i don't understand how to do that in my symfony app
PHP cURL is the easiest way to get your PHP application working correctly with Fixie. Here’s how:
<?php
function proxyRequest() {
$fixieUrl = getenv("FIXIE_URL");
$parsedFixieUrl = parse_url($fixieUrl);
$proxy = $parsedFixieUrl['host'].":".$parsedFixieUrl['port'];
$proxyAuth = $parsedFixieUrl['user'].":".$parsedFixieUrl['pass'];
$ch = curl_init($url);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, true);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_PROXY, $proxy);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_PROXYUSERPWD, $proxyAuth);
curl_close($ch);
}
$response = proxyRequest();
print_r($response);
?>
Hope that i am clear on my problem
any help would be very useful
I also found strange that i have no header present when the call is done
Request URL: https://jugement.herokuapp.com/public
Referrer Policy: no-referrer-when-downgrade
Thats all i have in the header

File Upload - Error executing ListObjects | AWS S3 & Laravel

I am getting the error below when i try to upload a file greater than 25mb to amazon s3 using laravel aws sdk, however files below 25mb are uploading successfully. I have everything setup correctly in my .env file. I have no idea why this is happening.
Any help would be appreciated.
Error:
Error executing "ListObjects" on
"bucketdomain/?prefix=b6d767d2f8ed5d21a44b0e5886680cb9%filename%2F&max-keys=1&encoding-type=url";
AWS HTTP error: cURL error 7: Failed to connect to bucketdomain
port 443: Network unreachable (see
http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html)
Save function in laravel:
$v = Storage::disk('s3')->put($path, file_get_contents($file), 'public');
unlink($file->getPathname());
return response()->json(["message" => "File uploaded successfully!"]);
Upload function in laravel:
if ($receiver->isUploaded() === false) {
throw new UploadMissingFileException();
}
$save = $receiver->receive();
if ($save->isFinished()) {
database entries...
return $this->saveChunkFile($file,$userFolderName,$path,$fileName);
}
$handler = $save->handler();
return response()->json([
"Percentage" => $handler->getPercentageDone()
]);
I am using reusable.js in client side to upload files in chunks & the code above is to handle the chunks and merge them when done and pass to the saveChunkFile function.
Picture:
The file is to be stored in the 2nd folder from top but there is not file that is why i think the error is thrown on size function and these files (chunks) are being generated and not stopping still.
