OnetoOne bidirectional mapping not working with spring and hibernate - spring

Question

I have two tables employee and address , when using OnetoOne mapping only in employee entity ,it fetches correspondent address from address table. But when i try to use OnetoOne in address entity to fetch corespondent employee, It throws following errors
