I can not find the Azure Function Icon, when I try to create a new Project.
My current Visual Studio version is 15.9.7 and I own a Azure subscription. I can create an Azure Function in VS Code but not in my regular Visual Studio. Azure Developement is installed
My Setup in the VS Installer:
When I try to install azure functions manually, I get this error:
Does anyone know, what the problem is?
it seems this is a generic problem , a github issue is created in here:
https://github.com/Azure/Azure-Functions/issues/399
You need to install the Azure features from the VSTS installer. You are also missing the ARM Template option, which indicates you don't have the feature installed.
The VS Installer is what is used to install VS and is in the start menu:

I am using Visual Studio Community version 7.3.3 for MacBook. I am working on a project where the repository is hosted in Team Foundation Server (TFS). Can I integrate that using the Version Control option in Visual Studio. Git and SVN are possible thats what I heard. But need some help on this.
This requirement is under plan now. Please check this uservoice:
We’ve been working on some technical prototypes to see how we could
best connect to TFS from a Mac and at this point I’m happy to say that
this work is now planned for an upcoming release. Please keep an eye
on this site for updates!
As of now TFS integration is not implemented for Visual Studio in Mac, they are working on that. Got this information from one person who is directly involved in the development of Xamarin for Mac.
According to this Link this feature is now officially supported and deployed with the new version Visual Studio for Mac (extension v0.3)
I am trying to deploy my web application to Microsoft Azure Web Apps stack. For the same, what I do is, I right click on the project from visual studio 2015, click on publish, and find the 'Publish' window with the list of publish targets in the 'Profile' tab. But, I do not find 'Microsoft Azure Web Apps' option in the list of publish targets. What might be missing ? Please suggest.I have installed Microsoft Azure SDK version 2.9.6. There are newer versions available. Can this be a reason why the web apps option is not appearing ?
I experienced a similar issue and fixed the issue by installing the latest updates for my Visual Studio and also updates for Windows OS.
Do install the latest Azure SDK (Version 3.0) available and check to see if it helps.

is there any plug-in for android studio to connect to TFS?
i've already used Git-Tf from microsoft but i want to know if there is any other solutions out there , i've already searched Google but it all the results is about Git-Tf
From Android Studio menu, select Preferences-> Plugins -> then browse TFS or azure DevOps and install.
You can use from vcs menu or file ->New-Project From Version Control->and select login and browse repo and clone
Thanks
In TFS 2013 you have the native Git. Then you can have the original command line Git, commiting on TFS, through any tool.
