Unable find #HystrixCommand annotation - spring-boot

I am using zuul as proxy service for my microservices. But I am getting internal server error time to time. As a solution i have seen people incresing the time out limit. However, I am unable to do it since I cannot use #HystrixCommand annotation inside my project. Even hystrix.command.default.execution.isolation.thread.timeoutInMilliseconds and ribbon.ReadTimeout shown as an unknown properties in my project. Following is my pom.xml file for the project

Containerized springboot application not able to pick up new message from service bus queue

We have a springboot application running in Azure Web App (using container docker)
The application is using "azure-spring-cloud-stream-binder-servicebus-queue" to connect to Azure Service Bus and process the queue.
If the queue was empty for some time, and when there is a new request coming into the queue, our application was not able to pick up the new request until we restart the application.
Has anyone encountered this before and can share their experience.
#Bean

return message -> {
String msg = message.getPayload();
//logic to process the msg
};

RelationshipEntity cannot be resolved to a type

I am new to Neo4j and trying to create a demo project using spring. I have shared my pom.xml file below to share the dependencies used in this demo project and I am following these two links to get a better understanding of spring-neo4j.
https://neo4j.com/developer/spring-data-neo4j/
https://neo4j.com/developer/spring-data-neo4j-rx/
But while working on the relationship between entity I came across this error "RelationshipEntity cannot be resolved to a type" (see screenshot).
Note - I am using the Neoo4j-RX package and RelationshipEntity that I am following is from an imperative link (i.e.) but I believe, RelationshipEntity should be available on both packages since it's parts of basic relationships.

The code works:
.from(Http.inboundGateway("goods/{operation}")
.requestMapping(m -> m.methods(HttpMethod.POST))
.requestPayloadType(String.class)
.headerExpression(MessageHeaderName.OPERATION, "#pathVariables.operation"))
//......
It still works when #EnableFeignClients add to Spring Boot Application entry.
But once the #FeignClient instance wired to(by #Autowired) any config Class(#Configuration), it's not working.
I have checked http://myproject/mappings (The request mappings info provided by Spring boot), mappings "/goods/**" disappeared.
It's a simple project that explains this problem: https://github.com/Princelo/demoForSiAndFeignProblem/blob/master/src/main/java/com/example/demo/config/AnyConfig.java
Please, see https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-integration/issues/2752 for more info and for tracking the fix.
Meanwhile as a workaround I suggest to have a #Lazy whenever you try to inject Feign client interfaces.
The problem that FeignClientFactoryBean initiate a new child ApplicationContext for each Feign cleint and calls a ContextRefreshedEvent for them too early. The IntegrationRequestMappingHandlerMapping doesn't check for the context of the event and marks itself initialized wrong way, missing the scan for appropriate HTTP components.

Non-parseable POM SpringBoot

My Project was working fine then I needed to add a dependency, After
adding the dependency I was not able to Import class file from newly
added dependency so I Updated the project Maven, Update Project after
that I started facing this issue.
I have tried these options.
1: Deleted .m2 directory
2: Deleted workspace
3: Re-Installed Maven

<repository>
<id>javaxt.com</id>
<url>http://www.javaxt.com/maven</url>
</repository>
</repositories>
I am able to solved the issue by these steps.
Updated SpringBoot version 1.4.3.RELEASE to 1.5.14.RELEASE.
Closed the eclipse.
Deleted .m2 directory.
Open project in eclipse.
Maven Update Project.
Not sure why you added javaxt as repository, but it is giving you the wrong content for the spring-boot-starter-parent.
just click on http://www.javaxt.com/maven/org/springframework/boot/spring-boot-starter-parent/1.4.3.RELEASE/spring-boot-starter-parent-1.4.3.RELEASE.pom and you'll see the content. It should be a pom, but it is not.
I'd suggest removing or replacing the repository.
If the XML is well formed and there are no issues with the repositories, try using the previous version of Spring boot starter. Example -
<parent>
<groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-boot-starter-parent</artifactId>
<version>2.2.2.RELEASE</version>
<relativePath/> <!-- lookup parent from repository -->
</parent>
And do a maven update, it should work.
