Spring + OpenFeign: POST Results in NoSuchBeanDefinitionException - spring

I've been struggling with this for a while now. In short, the problem is whenever I make a POST request using OpenFeign I get the following error:
org.springframework.beans.factory.NoSuchBeanDefinitionException: No qualifying bean of type 'org.springframework.boot.autoconfigure.http.HttpMessageConverters' available: expected at least 1 bean which qualifies as autowire candidate. Dependency annotations: {#org.springframework.beans.factory.annotation.Autowired(required=true)}
First, I generated my build.gradle directly from Spring Initializr including Eureka Discovery Client, Hystrix, Lombok, OpenFeign and Spring Reactive Web:

OpenFeign is not compatible with WebFlux. If you use WebFlux you have to provide your own Encoder and Decoder, as in:

BlockHound throws blocking call exception when using bean validation in Webflux

I tested BlockHound on our Spring Boot 2.1.8 application with Webflux and I encountered a blocking call inside bean validation. To make sure that's for sure not caused by our logic I created simple Webflux app with one endpoint.
That's a simple controller from the app:

Unfortunately that forces you to add some additional boilerplate code but I haven't found anything better for now.
I was experimenting the same behavior in my Spring Boot application. The good news is that it is very easy to solve.
When you use validation annotations, when a field fail the constraint, the message to notice that is loaded from file. That is blocking!
So, the only you have to do is to provide a message to show, instead of read the default value from file.
For example, if you want to restrict a String field with not blank values,
use this

That's all!

Spring Batch ItemReader #StepScope null pointer exception

Based on what I was reading around and some other similar questions, by specifying a spring batch component being StepScope means that Spring Batch will use the spring container to instantiate a new instance of that component for each step execution.
In my particular case I have the countryXmlFileToDatabaseStep() which configuration is below and another step which just download a file, delete the existing folder and create a new folder with the xml file.
With the current impl I have, without using the #StepScope annotation on the ItemReader everything works fine, but this is not right, as I need the Spring container to instantiate a new instance of the ItemReader component for each step execution. This way I can delete the Xml file from my C:\ProcessFolder and replace it with the new file on the First Step then go to the next step countryXmlFileToDatabaseStep(). If the XML file name will change I can change the name in the properties file which should be picked up by Spring on the next job run.
Currently I am getting a NULL pointer and no idea why. Below is my Step configuration, including the stack trace.

Failing to create 'mongoMappingContext' Bean when unit-testing with Fongo

I am currently setting up the unit test for the project I am working on and I have run into a bit of a wall. The project I am working on is using mongoDB as its database so for unit-testing I wanted to use Fongo to simulation the database so I can test just the functionality itself. But whenever I run the tests it fails to properly create the mongoMappingContext Bean and the tests themselves fail. The underlying cause is a mappingException but I am not what is causing that. Has anyone else experienced a similar thing when unit-testing with Fongo? Thanks in an advance for all your help!

mongoMappingContext() method is already part of the abstract class you are extending i.e. AbstractMongoConfiguration. I have similar setup and most the property seems correct other that 2 extra bean you have in you configuration file. CustomConversions and MongoMappingContext.
Can you try removing both the Beans you are creating again in you test configuration file TestDatabaseConfiguration.java
