I am trying to implement a Jmeter script (jmeter version 5.1)for SSO functionality with Kerberos.
I have done the set-up in the krb5 and jass conf files and have also updated HTTP Authorization Manager with the Domain,Realm and mechanism as Kerberos.
The script does not output the SAML Response in the URL when running the script. Checking the jmeter logs gives the below error:
2020-02-14 12:32:23,453 WARN o.a.j.p.h.c.KerberosManager: Could not log in user gl0

Unfortunately your question doesn't have enough details in order to guess the failure reason, going forward consider adding screenshots of:
HTTP Request sampler
HTTP Authorization Manager
Contents of krb5.conf and jaas.conf files
It would be also beneficial to have more verbose logs, add the next line to log4j2.xml file:
<Logger name="org.apache.jmeter.protocol.http.control" level="debug" />
and set sun.security.krb5.debug system property to true

I got three kind of errors while using load run via JMeter. Probably this can be happen due to SSL issue but can't identify the point. Here are the exceptions that I got. I did try with jmeter.properties , user.properties files but nothing was worked. I changed the SSLv3 to SSL as well.

Can someone help me with this matter?
Your stacktraces don't tell the full story, to get more verbose information about the handshake and related problems add the next line to system.properties file
javax.net.debug=all
More information: Diagnosing TLS, SSL, and HTTPS
most probably you're using lower version, less secure protocol and the server requires higher version of the protocol. You can check which protocols are being used using
openssl tool like `openssl s_client -connect -debug your-host
or nmap tool like nmap --script ssl-enum-ciphers -p 443 your-host
once you figure out which protocol is being used you can enable it via https.protocols system property like:
https.protocols=TLSv1.3

Apache JMeter Properties Customization Guide
Try to run the test with only one thread. If you don't get this error with only one thread, the problem can be about your system under test gets overloaded and cannot properly respond and end the connection.
If this is not the case, make sure that you have enabled TLS 1.2 in your application (JVM argument?)(-Dhttps.protocols=TLSv1.2). You can use openssl to check the connection and see if you are getting a certificate. Then check your keystore and make sure you have the correct certificate. This will help you to get a proper authorization.
I am using Pentaho Data Integration (9.1) and trying to connect to my SQL Server Database using windows Authentification but when I do, I get an error.
Knowing that I can get access to my database using SQL Management Studio and during last month my PDI works perfectly with authentification windows.

The error can be fixed by exclusively using the Java implementation for all HTTP Requests.
This error occurs a lot when using the HTTPClient3.1 implementation, and rarely when using the HTTPClient4 Implementation.
Ensure that all HTTP Requests and HTTP Request Defaults use the Java Implementation.
You need to add HTTP Cookie Manager.

Looks like the URL you've entered cannot be reached - have you:
Got the correct hostname and port number?
Checked if there is a firewall between your desktop where you're running JMeter and the Tomcat server?
Checked to see if you can get to the tomcat instance via a browser?
Does the browser use any proxy settings that you haven't mirrored in your JMeter config?
