Black box covering a part of the Genymotion Console - genymotion

Genymotion is showing a black box covering a part of the console. Currently, I'm using the latest update as of today (3.0.4).
Can I fix this issue from my end?

Are you using macos Catalina? There has been an update lately which introduced a compatibility issue with Genymotion current librendr.
This will be solved with Genymotion 3.1. If you don't wish to wait for the stable release, you can try the beta version at https://www.genymotion.com/download-beta/

Couldn't communicate with a helper application

I upgraded my OSX to macOS Big Sur version 11.1. Ever since I got this problem when trying to sign in in Xcode:
at the time I had an earlier version of xcode (12.2). I upgraded to Xcode 12.3 and the problem disappeared but then I came back up again. What can I do to fix this?
What I tried
rebooting in safe mode, didn't help
upgrading Xcode, solved the problem temporarily
tried to rebuild the dynamic link editor cache as suggested here but it was a dead end:
sudo update_dyld_shared_cache –force
This tool is deprecated.

black/blank screen iOS simulator on VMware

I am having a weird issue with simulator it shows me this screen
I have searched around for a solution and have tried to reset the content and settings it didn't work
Currently, I have Xcode version 11.3 (11C29) and macOS version 10.15 beta installed. When I run the project with iPhone 11 pro 13.3 it shows me the black screen.
Unlike regular/ initial ios simulator set up, there are no apps installed by default.
I am running mac on VMware. Any kind of help is really helpful.
I was facing a similar issue, got it fixed by using the correct version of Xcode
For VMWare Catalina - 10.15 Beta(197a471t) use Xcode - 10.3
Use this site to Download Specefic Xcode from Apple -> https://xcodereleases.com
It also fixed a Assets.Xcassets problem I was facing (LaunchImage Problem), really bad the MacOS is so specific with these versions
Hope you get it fixed...
P.S for virtual Box users there is a command line fix ->https://wasaytechtips.com/springboard-quit-unexpectedly/

xcode 8 not running

I installed the Xcode 8. But it stuck at licence agreement screen. I clicked agree and enter system password but Xcode stuck at same screen. Have anyone faced the same issue and their resolution.
OS Version 10.11.6 (El Captain)
I think I have faced a similar issue for an older version of Xcode. What you should do is to delete the app completely and try to reinstall it. If that does not work for you, try upgrading to the latest version of MacOS and try again. I believe this is a bug on Apple's end, but it shouldn't occur again if you try these things.
Also, make sure you are connected to the internet. If you are not, it may not be able to understand that you have accepted their agreement.

ARC Welder can't work my google chrome

ARC runtime version: I don't know but I downloaded it on this site, https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/arc-welder/emfinbmielocnlhgmfkkmkngdoccbadn.
App version:The above is a correct statement
Chrome:46.0.2490.71 m
Platform:Windows 10
Hi there
I have used ARC Welder app about two months, but this words showed up since yesterday when I start every apk file, "You are using ARC Welder on a non-Chrome OS device. Platform specific bugs exist.", even though I turned on this app using Chrome.
Why did it happened to me? Can you tell me how to fix this problem?
Reinstalling the ARC Welder can't fix it.
Now ARC is no longer supported on 32-bit x86 platforms and those platforms will no longer receive updates after October 13, 2015.
https://developer.chrome.com/apps/getstarted_arc
So you have to install 64bit version of chrome. or reinstall chrome.
Don't need to uninstall, just install 64bit it will upgrade your chrome,
you may need to reinstall ARC.
It worked for me, warning is still showing but working.
makes sure that you also disable your antivirus and firewall!
If the issue persists you can check also your WEBGL acceleration on chrome://flags and chrome://gpu and enable it then relaunch it again
Also check on the rendering list override and relaunch the browser and try again.

Xcode 5.1 with new OS 10.10 Yosemite displays Cyan circle on screen

I have installed the developer preview of the new operating system Yosemite. Xcode 5.1.1 and then I did the 10.10 update. After performing the update and restarting, when I open Xcode 5.1.1 I get this cyan circle with a cross hair in side of it. I cannot move it around nor close it.
Is there anyone that knows how to remove it or is experiencing the same issue.
My screen shot is available at this link:

You're using a pre-release OS with a version of Xcode that doesn't officially support the OS Version so there is a good chance of you finding that things don't work as expected.
You should probably download Xcode 6 Beta 2 from the iOS/Mac Dev Centre and use that instead as it is designed for 10.10.
Xcode 5.1 is theoretically useless on the developer preview anyway as you cannot submit apps to the app store that have been compiled on a machine running a pre-release OS.
