I went to my company's Power Apps Admin centre and there was a button saying 'Create my database'
In the attempts of creating a Microsoft Automate business process, I clicked this button and it asked what currency I want to use in the database and what language. I chose accordingly and like a real idiot, clicked 'Create my database' button again without reading anything.
Now I am freaking out as I don't know if this is going to cost my workplace. Did I create an empty database? Or a data server? I don't know how to undo/ delete. disable what I did.
The questions are:
Is this going to cost our company?
If so, how do I undo this/ disable the CDS?
There is also a link saying 'You can manage these settings in the Dynamics 365 Administration Center.'
I clicked this link and I will attach what I see when I click them. Seems like I created something today and I don't even know what I created.
Please help me to understand what I did and the financial impact of it.
Thank you in advance!

I am attempting to recreate the case-list from the default /support page in Dynamics 365 portals. However, the button to the far right, that enables me to open up and view details about the case is not appearing.
From intensive research and trying, I conclude that the button is created in the "Entity list" option in portals, in the buttom menu called "Grid configuration".
However, when I create it nothing happens. As if the changes are not making it to the front. If I make the same changes to the default /support page, the changes appear instantly. I have cleared the cache, and restarted the portal.
Am I forgetting some extra setting somewhere to enable these buttons, or what am I missing? Mind that everything else on the page works 1:1 like the /support page. The individual components also work if configured with the /support page.
Any pointers would be appreciated. Thank you.
I'm working with Quick Create Forms in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Everything is working as expected. We have a sub-grid of one entity visible in it's related entity. When the User clicks on the + sign of that sub-grid, the Quick Create From appears exactly as it should.
The issue at hand though, is the physical form label of the Quick Create Form. For some reason the system keeps insisting on adding the words Quick Create: on the top of the form before the name of the entity (see image below).
Does anyone know how to prevent this from happening? This is a on-premise Dynamics CRM 365 environment.
Unfortunately this is not customizable.
Maybe you can do some unsupported customizations like overwriting DOM objects, etc. But it’s not recommended.
It appears to have something to do with a CRM Patch that we had installed to fix a Chrome CSS issue. That seems to have added something outside of our control. I'm not a fan of hacks/unsupported fixes, so I think we may have to talk to Microsoft about this one directly.
My partner and I created a custom task form to be used in Outlook using the developer mode to do that, and we published it to the Organization Forms Library for anyone to open. We're running into issues that I personally can't seem to find on how to resolve:
Custom forms aren't syncing correctly.
When I complete out the custom form, and I assign it to someone else they might be missing details like the dates I picked from the date picker, and text within the text box are gone too. It's very odd that sometimes some would get all the details that an end-user would input but that's like a 1/8 chance. I feel like there's a disconnect where it just won't behave like any other task. Cache mode or no cache mode doesn't matter it seems. When the person assigns it back with changes made on their end, those changes aren't seen on my side. I just have the same original details that I made when I first made it. We're on Exchange Server 2010.
Looks like a custom form was not published correctly to others in the organization. Try to create a new Outlook item on other machines with your custom forms to make sure they were deployed correctly.
Note, message forms default to separate layouts for composing and reading. Many people find their first message form doesn't look right when they receive an item created with it. That's simply because they forgot to click the Edit Read Page button and customize the Read layout!

Hi all am a noob on the rise with web development and design and I am trying to edit a file that I found that seems to be controlling some information about world countries. More specifically I want to add a zone to a country. This file is part of the opencart e-commerce suite. It is located here: system/cache and is called cache.zone.16 and I openned it with notepad. the contents are as follows:

The problem is this, I am trying to open an online store using opencart because its free and am broke but I've notice that when I was trying to register a fake account to test it out with my new design I noticed something strange. The capital of the Bahamas, which is Nassau, is missing from this list. And thats kind of huge issue because Nassau is where the majority of the population of the Bahamas lives. So can someone be so kind as to offer some advice for this problem? Where to look, something to read, perhaps even a solution.
Thank You;

Login to admin panel and go to System > Zones.
Then click on 'Insert' button and enter the needed information.
Click on save button.
That's all !!
I've looked around, and not found much documentation on this, so I thought I'd ask where all the experts hang out.
I would like to create a new start page, with bug tracking and source control interfaces, rather than the standard MSDN feed. I seem to remember that one can do more than just supply a different URL, but can actually implement a component to run as the start page, which needn't use web content. I may be wrong. Can anyone please give me some tips?
You can do is to create a DTE ToolWindow (read: Creating a ToolWindow hosting a .NET user control) and host your controls there, then its pretty easy to create an addin that will show the tool window as a document at runtime. (The same way that the start-up page looks)
Go to Tools > Options > Environment > Startup and put your RSS URL in the Start Page news channel field.
That should give you enough, but if you want to do more you can select open home page in the at startup dropdown and point it at a URL with the appropriate content. If you use an intranet with Windows authentication you could display user specific stuff.
This will be completely customizable in VS 2010. You'll be able to do anything you want to on the start page.
