I created a meeting invitation email and inserted an image in it(not through outlook).
But when I use Outlook 2013 to receive this mail, the picture is displayed as an icon.
It's a bug of outlook 2013, here is the answer : https://support.microsoft.com/EN-US/help/3128018

I found this figure on a web page :
What are they called , how to use them and what are they usefull ?
qr code
They can be scanned from images by devices such as cell phone cameras and could link to a web page for example.
I do not understand why one would be on a web page however, where you can just click: their most common use is on paper publicity seen on the streets.
They are called QR codes.
You can get an app to your phone and read them with the camera.
They are used mostly to direct a user onto a webpage.

I've created a meeting request in Outlook and send it to 40 people. To date only 30 have responded with an answer.
Is it possible to send a reminder to those who haven't yet made a decision on attending the meeting? If possible I want to exclude sending it to those who already replied to the invitation(Regardless of whether they answered yes/no/maybe).
Thanks!
In the Tracking tab, you can see who has responded. Deselect those that have responded, then select 'Message to Attendees.' It will only send to those that are selected. Be sure to NOT save the meeting request when you close, so your attending list is unaffected.
