Is there any map API that we can use instead of google map API that has free requests because google map API has limitations for free and able to set markers on the map. I use Laravel and Vuejs...

I'm using leaflet map, it's an open source map and its easy to use. There are also guides and tutorials available here https://leafletjs.com/examples/quick-start/.
Give it a try and you might love it like I do.

I'm usually a backend developer so whenever I need to make website look nice I just apply bootstrap themes to do the job extremely efficiently and well. Is there an equivalent framework with much support and resources that could help my Flutter apps not look so basic?
Why do you need Bootstrap, when you have Materal and Cupertino?

I'm struggling to find an example of an HTML5 VAST/VPAID ad. IAB's VPAID spec doesn't include a good example on how to use the JavaScript VPAID APIs.
Answering my own question since I think this will be useful for others.
You can find a bunch of JS VPAID ad examples here: https://github.com/ryanthompson591/vpaidExamples/
If you need the VAST tags, you can get them from here:

I need a library of geotagged images (one that has a public API), that I can use in my location-aware application. What are my options?
Picasaweb is giving me results, but they are from private parties of people. Images like those should be private, not public and I definitely do not want them to show up in my application!
I would recommend Panoramio for general outdoor images:

Flickr is also good but I think their terms are a bit restrictive on commercial applications:

Instagram.com is a lot of fun, but might have the same problem as you mentioned from Picasa

Check out uploadify. It uses flash as well but I highly recommend it. I have used in several locations and it has always fit my need. It is also highly customizeable so that is always a plus. It is also free so you really cant beat it.
