In Free JQGrid how can i add a input field in column header - jqgrid

I have a requirement to add a input field in column header, the requirement is, upon checking some checkbox's(rows) of jqgrid user can simply type text value in a input field in column header which will be automatically populated to all its cell values below this column. Basically this will eliminate user's effort of entering values in each cell of that column.
Example: if i enter VICTE in column header then all the below cell values of that column should be auto populated with that VICTE value.
So how can i add a input field in column header ?

In colNames array you can put any valid html content including input fields. After that it is easy to bind any event you want knowing the id of the input fields. By example you can write
$("#grid").jqGrid({
...
colNames : ['ShipName',...,'<input id="id1" type="text">',...]
...
});

Iterate through each element in a particular column of a dynamic table using cypress

I have a dynamic table displayed based on a value selected from a radio button in my project. The radio button field "Doctor Name" field has different choices like "Frank", "Michael", "Josh", "Jessica". When I select the "Frank" value, it displays a dynamic table with the list of appointments for "Frank", The first column in the table is "Doctor Name". When I select "Frank" from the radio button, I have to validate if all the appointments listed are for "Frank". So I have to write coding in cypress to check if all the first column cell values are "Frank".
How can I achieve this?
retrieve all the first columns using cy.get() with the proper selector, then use the each command to validate the content of each cell, something like this
cy.get("selector for first colums").each(($el, index, $list) => {
cy.wrap($el).contains('Frank')
})

PowerApps: Filter a Lookup Field Based on a Previous Field

I have two lists w/ the following details:
List 1: JobType1; Column: Title
List 2: JobType2; Columns: Title, JobType1 (lookup of Title column of List 1)
On List 3 (Request), I am trying to use PowerApps and I have two fields that are lookups of the two lists:
JobType1 - lookup field that uses the Title column of List 1
JobType2 - lookup field that uses the Title column of List 2
I am trying to filter JobType2 field in the form to display all values on the Title column on List 2 that matches the value of the JobType1 field in the form w/ the JobType1 column on List 2.
I tried using this formula but it does not work. Please help me.
Filter(Choices(IntMktg.Job_x0020_Type_x0020_2), Value in Filter('JobType1', IntMktg.Job_x0020_Type_x0020_1 = DataCardValueClient.Text).Title)
Combo box control doesn't display the result. It seems a bug. I tried it out with the 3 lists and created a form on JobRequest. Here is my formula and it works if you use a dropdown. while waiting for Combo box to be fixed, you can use dropdown instead of Combo box.
Filter(Choices(JobRequest.JobType2), Id in Filter([#JobType2], JobType1.Value = DataCardValue2.Selected.Value).ID)

Access 2013 - Updating a Table using a calculated field in a Form

I have a Table called Records with the following four columns:
ID | StartChainage | EndChainage | DistanceTraveled
The DistanceTraveled is the difference between EndChainage and StartChainage. For each new record, the StartChainage should be equal to the EndChainage of the previous one.
I have created a Form called Record1 where I can only add values in the field called EndChainage, while in the field StartChainage I use the following expression:
=IIf([ID]=1,0,DLookUp("[EndChainage]","Record","[ID]=Forms![Record1]![ID]-1"))
Where I actually say that for the first record in the Table "Records" (i.e. ID=1) the value in the StartChainage must be 0, else it should obtain the value of the EndChainage field of the previous record.
This works fine and I have a Form with fields where I only input the value of the EndChainage and the Form sets the value of the StartChainage for the next record and it also calculates the DistanceTraveled.
The problem is that the calculated fields are NOT updating the relevant fields of the Table. In the Table the only updated fields are the EndChainage ones, i.e. the ones I only type manually the values.
How can I make the Table to get automatically updated by the calculated fields of the Form?
Maybe I could use calculated fields in the Table itself, but this is not what I really want.
Try with:
=IIf([ID]=1,0,DLookUp("[EndChainage]","Record","[ID]=" & Forms![Record1]![ID]-1 & ""))
Check if you get the ID:
=Forms![Record1]![ID]-1

How to split a Webix datatable column into multiple columns?

In my webix datatable, I am showing multiple values in the cells for some columns.
To identify which values belong to which header, I have separated the column headers by a '|' (pipe) and similarly the values under them as well.
Now, in place of delimiting the columns by '|' , I need to split the columns into some editable columns with the same name.
Please refer to this snippet : https://webix.com/snippet/8ce1148e
In this above snippet, for example the Scores column will be split into two more editable columns as Rank and Vote. Similarly for Place column into Type and Name.
How the values of the first array elements is shown under each of them will remain as is.
How can this be done ?
Thanks
While creating the column configuration for webix, you can provide array to the header field for the first column along with the colspan like below:
var columns = [];
columns[0] =
{"id":"From", "header":[{"text":"Date","colspan":2},{"text":"From"}]};
columns[1] =
{"id":"To","header":[null, {"text":"To"}]};
column[0] will create Date and From and column[1] will be creating the To.

Clear jqgrid toolbar when custom defaultvalue is set

I want to clear the toolbar of my grid, but not to the default value of the column. I want to empty all fields.
When I use the
$("#Jqgrid")[0].clearToolbar();
method the toolbar gets the initial default values..
You can choose one from the following two ways.
1) You can temporary change the defaultValue of the searchoptions to "" before call of clearToolbar. You can use setColProp method for example to change column properties (see en example here).
2) Set the value of the the toolbar element manually to "" or to any other value which you want. There are simple way how the ids of the input or select elements of the toolbar are constructed. Let us you have column with the name 'col1' (the corresponding column of colModel has name: 'col1'). Then the id of the element in the filter toolbar will be gs_col1. So you can use
$("#gs_col1").val("");
to clear the field. In more general case if the colname is the variable which hold the value from colModel[i].name you can use
$("#gs_" + $.jgrid.jqID(colname)).val("");
