How to render Here Maps (Javascript API) when there is an overlay - vuetify.js

I want to display a dialog box hover a map. An overlay with opacity is hover the whole map (see the image below).
I successfully implemented the map without the dialog box and the overlay.
I can successfully call the dialog box after the map is rendered without any problem.
The issue is when I want to display the dialog and the overlay at the same time when the map is rendered for the first time. I get an empty map. Still, the markers and the here map logo are shown (see image below).
I tried to force reloading the base layer, without success.
I tried to restart engine, without success.
As I am using vuetify I tried to forceUpdate, without success.
Thanks for your help.

As a general rule we don't support an integration our HERE JS API with any JS framework.
Basically recommendation: Please don't use a map container (HTML element into which the map will be rendered) as part of Virtual DOM of some JS framework it will not work.

Xamarin Forms - Disable loading spinner on ListView

I have a Xamarin forms app where I'm using ListViews to display some data, with pull to refresh enabled. When the ListView is pulled and starts the refresh it has its own spinner animation. However, this doesn't display when the page first loads, and so I've wired in a separate ActivityIndicator to indicate loading for just the first time. It's styled different though. I would prefer to use the ActivityIndicator, since it's what's used through the rest of the app, but I haven't found a way to disable the spinner animation on the ListView yet. Is it possible to disable it? Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!
There are a few ways I can think of to solve this.
Don't use Pull-to-refresh. Xamarin.Forms has this built in and you can't customize it without using renderers and altering controls. Instead, start your refresh another way (ToolbarItem, etc) and continue using your custom ActivityIndicator.
Customize the existing ListViews UIRefreshControl. You may be able to use a renderer or "Effect" to customize the RefreshControl being used by the native control. This would allow you to style it a little close to what your custom indicator looks like.
Change the color of the spinner. This is my least favorite option. You could workaround this by changing the color of the spinner to match the background so you don't see it.

no captcha recaptch overlay not display entirely

I put the no-captcha recaptcha in a popup (FancyBox), everything is fine.(recaptch1.PNG) But when the user click on the checkbox the captcha image overlay is not show entirely. (recaptch2.PNG).
My question, can we place automatically the overlay the manner the user can see the directive. (recaptch3.PNG) Or can we resize the overlay to fit the iframe in the popup so everything can be seen?
Any suggestion?

It's resize the container of the recaptcha V2, but not resize the overlay because google inject the overlay on the page not in the container. Because i have found that google inject the overlay on the page, I can now customize the overlay. So I use the technique on the previous link but I affect to the class "gc-bubbleDefault".
I add this in my css and this solve my problem:

It's a solution that don't work on all browser version (not old ie), but it's work for me.

Xamarin.Forms custom loading gif as activity indicator

I would just like to know of something is possible as I am very new to Xamarin and I am on a time limit for an assignment. I don't mind some trial and error, but don't want to waste the time if it isn't possible
I want to have an animated gif as an activity indicator (it is a logo).
I have it working in a WebView - is it possible, in Xamarin,Forms to have this appear as an overlay while waiting on long running methods?
For example. if user clicks on a button, the app gets some info from a webservice then displays in a page. While waiting I would like to show the webview (or any other way to show an animagted gif).
So I am not asking for the code, but just if it is posible.

I was able to work this out
With the animated(loading) gif running in the WebView page I called a couple of async methods using following
await Task.WhenAll(method1(), method2());
await Navigate.PushAsync(new NextPage(var1, var2));
The laoding gif (which is an animated logo) runs until the tasks are complete then navigates to the next page
Using an ImageView apparently this doesn't look like its possible to playback animated Gif's as can be seen here http://forums.xamarin.com/discussion/17448/animated-gif-in-image-view.
So i very much doubt the ActivityIndicator would, if it could. In the ActivityIndicator I can't see any functionality to change the content of the what is shown when it is busy.
You could always create your own animated image view by creating a custom renderer instead however. It isn't particularly hard to cycle images at pre-determined gaps if you have a list of the images split up.
GIF images can be used in Xamarin forms to show custom activity indicator, since in Xamarin forms it is not possible to show GIF images directly web-view must be used. For android image must be placed inside assets folder and Build Action must be set to AndroidAsset. For iOS image must be placed inside resources and Build Action must be set to BundleResource. AbsoluteLayout can used for placing the image to center, IsBusy property of mvvm helpers nuget can used for controlling the visibility of the activity indicator. Xamarin.Forms now supports .GIF, from version 4.4-pre3 and up on iOS, Android and UWP. Before using, first add the .GIF to the platforms projects, or as an embedded resource in the shared project and then use it like a regular image. The API on the Image control has been extended with the IsAnimationPlaying bindable property.
For e.g., loader.gif is added in all platform projects, then below code make it animating.

Does Palm/HP webOS 3.0 / Enyo framework support image maps?

Does Palm/HP WebOS 3.o / Enyo framework support image maps??
I have an HtmlContent control that contains "image maps" -- an image with links embedded in hot spots using the HTML "usemap" attribute. However my those links don't seem to be active, and I cannot click on them. (The same page when opened in a regular browser allows me to click, but when that HTML content is in an HtmlContent control, the links seem to have disappeared).
Any ideas?
Also i did check that the click events are not being fired -- the click handler for the HtmlContent control does not fire. This does not happen when the entire image has an href -- in that case things work fine. But if the image has a map associated with it, then the links are not active, and clicking on the link regions does not seem to fire click events.
It's not Enyo that needs to support imagemaps, but the lower level WebKit system. Right now, webOS should handle rectangular image maps, but polygon maps weren't being handled correctly.

How do I scroll my Palm webOS application?

This feels like a dumb newbie question. I'm attempting to follow the Palm's online tutorial for developing a webOS app. I ran palm-generate and tried updating the generated index.html file to have a body with a bunch of content (the word "HELLO" repeated 400 times).
When I attempt to load that document in the emulator, I find that I'm unable to scroll the screen to read the rest of the text. I drag the screen, but nothing happens. The page scrolls just fine in the Palm web browser.
Is there a setting to allow users to drag my app to scroll it? I see documentation for a Mojo.Widget.Scroller, but that seems like it shouldn't be necessary for a simple web page with a bunch of text on it.

You can take anything that would normally be inside the tags and put that inside the scene HTML file.
OR you could just make a basic scene with a webview widget inside it that has your site as the source.
Unfortunately, the Scroller widget is needed for scrolling. The standard WebKit view that's shown in a card has no native scrolling ability, so the Mojo scroller widget implements the logic for displaying more content that can fit.
You can try this out by making a new project in the Ares IDE. Just add a Scroller and use the Maximize button to make it fill the scene. Then, add a HTML object to it, and add your HTML content to that object. You'll then have a nice scene which allows you to scroll through a lot of content.
