I have installed a NuGet Package Manager 2.8.60318.667 on VS2010 Extension Manager.
However, The Manage Nuget Packages cannot be accessed with prompt of
"The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send"
I have tried the solution in :NuGet fails: "The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send"
But Failed.
Any suggestions on this?

I am currently working on a project through github. My local project is connected to the github project folder through folder reference.Current File/Folder setup There hasn't been a problem, but now I keep getting the error "There is a problem launching using posix_spawn (error code: 2)." It is hard to make sure that whether this issue is related to the internet connection, the project itself or others according to the error log, but I could provide you a workaround for this issue:
Workaround:
Download the package "Microsoft.Net.Native.SharedLibrary-x64" from the nuget.org.
Use nuget add command line add that package to the global package folderC:\Users\username\.nuget\packages:
nuget add packagePath -Source sourcePath
After that, you will notice the package will be added in to that folder:
- Update Microsoft.NETCore.UniversalWindowsPlatform package.
Really strange issue, in my case, I had to change my default network DNS(network card) from 8.8.8.8 to 208.67.222.222.
After that I was able to update Microsoft.NETCore.UniversalWindowsPlatform.
In my case, I was getting this problem when trying to run a UWP (Universal Windows Platform) project, and the solution was to select "Developer mode" in the Windows 10 Settings "For Developers"
Trying to install .Net Core over VS Community 2015 update 3. I am stuck with the following error. Tried downloading and copying the msi file (AspNetCoreLocalFeed_.msi) manually but the destination folder as seen in the log file is being created dynamically so it doesn't work. Also attempted to install it manually. Nothing works.
Went through various threads on different websites on the installation errors but couldn't locate an answer for any similar issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Just to give an update in case it helps someone. Installation succeeded after reinstalling Visual Studio.
I get the following error when I try to deploy a windows store app:
Error : DEP0700 : Registration of the app failed. error 0xC0020017:
windows.licensing failed to start WSService while installing
My developer license is valid. I changed the package name, still the error persists.
This problem occurs with old and completely new projects.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?
Registration of app failed error usually occurs when you try to re-deploy an app with the same package ID from visual studio if it is already installed by a different user.
Solution is to change the Package Identity
Open the manifest
Go to the package tab
Modify the identity
